  • Introduction

    The following of the contemporary e tendencies in the public health becomes every day and necessary activity for better functioning of the public health systems that leads to improvement of the economic and health development. The health is universal phenomenon that can be used in every system. The phenomenon is very simple: the more you know the health, the more it is respected. The health is impossible without good attitude towards us. In other words, only you can make yourselves health and happy and only you can make all the others health and happy. Follow the love and the natural laws and for that youll be presented with the most precious thing the health. I want to focus the attention towards my students. Its necessary for them to create three habits that are necessary for reaching happiness and wealth: a habit for being continuously health, a habit for continuous effort and habit for continuous studying.

    So, the target of this student book is to offer knowledge to the students that can help them as future managers and to use it in the public health system for solving the current problems and for creation perspectives for better health. More preciously, this student book is a brilliant guide for the future professionals who like to improve their knowledge in this area and to use it practically as managers when they make strategic decisions connected to the health and the health protection. In that sense the topic that is observed is in context with the contemporary tendencies in the public health.

    This student book is adapted to the educational program of the Faculty of economics in Stip and it is in accordance to the intellectual potential of the students that attend the first and second cycle of the studies at the department of health management.

    For the writing of this student book it has been used easy and understandable analytic instrument turned into graphic analysis with simple interpretation and logic thinking that enable the reader an excellent insight of the researches, emphasizing the parts connected to what you are looking for and how to deal with certain situations.

    This first edition of the student book The contemporary tendencies of the public health has been created as preparatory text that should help the reaching of several targets in the sphere of the public health. According to my professional opinion, this book enables the reader to understand the concept of the public health and to give the necessary basis for understanding the evolution, development and the current state of the public health.

    The preparation of this university student book is an ambitious and complex task as it covers huge material that can emphasize the most significant aspects of the public health. Its studious approach to certain relevant questions from the area of the public health, harmonization of different topics and punctual definition of the contemporary categories and appearances in the area of the contemporary public health. All this is for more successful promotion of the scientific thoughts and for having better access to the public health problem.

  • Seeing from more aspects, the most important target for the researches of the public

    health is to accept very well this material to be able to detect answers and explanations for the health questions.

    The research of the public health is on of the most fascinated educational enterprises with thematic, scientific and ideological questions. So, Im expecting a critic attitude to the given thoughts by the students and all those who deal with the public health problems, asking them to send their opinion and suggestions for improvement of the future editions of this student book.
