: , , Cloud computing, , Student relationship management model in e-educationAbstract:The subject of this thesis is development of student relationship management model in the electronic education system. The main problem discussed in the thesis is to investigate the possibilities for integration of the student relationship management services in modern learning management system.Student relationship management model in e-education, based on cloud services is presented in this thesis. The model includes following components: learning management system, information management, communication and collaboration tools, notification system, e-learning process management, mobile learning services, social network services and others. Further, this thesis includes implementation of teaching and learning processes in the described system, as well as metrics for evaluation of the system performance and results of using the student relationship management system within regular activities. Implementation of the model is based on the cloud computing infrastructure in Laboratory for Electronic Business at University of Belgrade.
