A General Note before we startI would like to thank all the team for the efforts to complete the offices upstairs. The plan next for this week is: a) Relocate Margaret with IT and Phone functionalb) Finish all paintwork upstairsc) Finish installations upstairsd) Fix roller shutter in show room e) Fix and change all Air conditioning units upstairs and

downstairsf) IBIS will start terminating and testing all IP/Telephone

points in showroom, tech room and upstairs

Projects and deadlines

• 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- by 26/2 ... Manually start up AHUs in Plant room MCC1 by 7/3 – this has been achieved well done !! by 16 and 17/3 Manual start up AHUS in Banquet and by 28/3 Complete all T&C works. It is important to also give the client the facility to switch on and off the units through the network (quick after the 17/3)

• 13_070_SCM Lagoona_Pump room- We have pulled most cables and need to now start terminations on site... This, too, is going to become a hot project- All terminations possible are to be completed by 28/3

Projects and deadlines• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and

15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring- Panels to be completed within March – the earlier the better!!... All installation and manual start up by end first week of April 2016- Manual start-up, soon after. Full T&C by end of April 2015. We have given most of the installation works to Panta and we need to ensure that Panta’s work is to the required standard.

• Projects 12_026 SCM Buildings 02, 03, R3 & R4 and 12_027 Security Systems Parliament- LVA and JPO will put whatever efforts necessary to close off whatever can be closed off by 1st April 2016.

Projects and deadlines• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We will re start

commissioning this week and we need to give priority to the commissioning of air systems- we will also soon need to come up with a plan and target date here.

• 13_052 New offices- Get the Automation in the new area offices ready by March 2016!! Make sure it is fully functional and de snagged- Installation upstairs to be ready by Mid March 2016.... Design and Technical offices will be moved soon after that!

Schematics)• Hilton – Calorifiers, kitchen restaurant AHUs –

on MCC 2 and Existing panel at Westin– Commissioning of cctv and DAC at parliament

Panel Build• We have completed 2 of the 3 hilton panels and

the idea is to have these completed and tested by 22nd March and installed on site by 25th March 2016.

Mater Dei

• It would be good to start getting feedback of what was done during the week and what is planned for the next from MDH- I am expecting that every week, someone from MDH starts updating the works done and the plan for the next week.

Development and Commissioning• We have done large important steps on finishing off the

Parliament we need to get the documentation out of the way too to avoid us going time and time again on site- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET A COMPLETION

• The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• The plan for Life sciences is to complete all works by 18th March and training by 21st March 2016

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we awaiting the client

Development and Commissioning• OTM urgent jobs and snags were also done in the last weeks• Another project that needs attention is CCA Villa ... There are

still some snags to be addressed – Wall mounted controller on wall in Dining area and issues with AC integration and intruder alarm integration

• Oncology 14_066- We have done most of the work here and are waiting from Panta on this

• The Siggiewi Primary school project – we need to close off – the quicker the better!!

• Aurobindo we are proceeding with software development and we have done quite some progress – we now will be starting commissioning

Development and Commissioning• 16_004_Microbiz_PW_Otis_Interface- We are

presently working on a task list and POW as well as setting up the test rigs

Sales and Business Development

• We have been working on Home automation offerings and quotes for OTM (some of which are quite large) , a quote for CCTV at Enemalta and quotes for variations for existing projects.

• We have also handed in a bid for Le Meridien Hotel- Upgrade of old Niagara R2 platform hardware and software
