The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we start- Some General Notes•Next week (Wed-Thurs-Fri) me and Trevor will be in Verona for the 2016 Niagara Forum. Trevor will be giving a presentation our project and level of integration at Smart City •Two weeks I gave you last years company objectives and their status- I would like some of your feedback to compile ESI’s objectives for next year- I ask all to stop and reflect about these objectives

A General Note before we start- New premisesThe new premises.... The offices are looking really nice and Crisp now!! Thanks to all for you efforts.. It is now up to all of us to take care of our new offices and respect the huge investment done by our director. A bit more to do including list below- lets make an effort and conclude:a) Air Conditioning controls with JACEb) Automation system integrated with lighting and

the other systems installed

Projects and deadlines• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and

15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. We are targeting to complete in the next weeks

• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- This is now nearly done and I estimate it will be ready shortly- most of the works pending are now due to others

• 12_027- Parliament – we have handed over the Intruder- prosit CCI/JPO and SAI... We need to now update Maxpro, integrate ProWatch and conclude all documentation

• 14_069- Q019 AS410 – we are currently working on requests for information from the client

• 14_069- Q021_TF4- We are working on the panel design to allow us to go to panel construction now

Projects and deadlines• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room We need to conclude all pending

installation works – we will also try to finish the programming but commissioning will be on hold till the client asks us to continue

• 15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap Residence are two home automation projects scheduled for Q1 2017 – we have nearly completed panel design and it is now down to panel build (for Apap we are working on the second DDC/Lighting panel)

• 16_023_GGY- is another home automation project which is on a much faster track- the lighting will have to be commissioned in September 2016- we have fixed the panel on site and will now terminate and commission it

• 14_083_Intercontinental – We have started works to start up the plant and start commissioning here- software development has also now advanced on this project. We will also start design work on the second Pool Panel

DesignLast week• City Gate - continue on DAC as built feedback• City Gate – meet Stefan for his as built feedback• Work on Lessons Learnt, as per feedback

received from all• General Exercise re: Panel Quoting

InstallationThis past week: • Maintenance works at offices• Fixed frames at offices• Passed IR cables for new A/C and techroom• Changed offices intruder sounder and keypad• Assisting CCI at Sterling• Installed GGY Lighting and intruder panelNext week: • Assisting SAi on SCM CCTV • Fix additional frames at offices• Maintenance works at offices• Terminate GGY lighting panel

Mater DeiThe team at Mater Dei is going through some though changes with the

resignation of Simon Florian and most recently of Michael Abdilla.

The whole team at MDH have to dig deep and work as a team until we find the required replacements for these team members. If any of you out there know of people who can join the MDH team as technicians/electricians, we presently have two vacancies to fill- please give them my contacts so that they may apply!!

Development and Commissioning• Parliament project - NEXT IS TO TACKLE SNAGS ON

PARLIAMENT so as to close off the whole job • The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A

PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• 12_043_Life Sciences – we need to call for an inspection of snags to close everything down- we also need to start scripting on the tenant building module

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

Development and Commissioning• OTM on going works and some large orders (AS410 upgrade and

TF4 )• Oncology 14_066- We have done most of the work here and are

waiting from Panta on this• Aurobindo We are very nearly done here and expect to conclude

shortly. • 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on concluding issues related

to Data acquisition and analysis.... We need good data to prove our systems- CCI has done a plan- stick to it- I need feedback from CCI as to where we are on this

• 16_011_Intruder_UOM- Some snags pending here which need to be addressed

• 13_031_CCA- still issues with values on ILPS!!

Sales and Business DevelopmentWe have been working on a quote for Actavis ,

offer for Oil Tanking Malta (supply only of field devices) and an offer for RSM offices - security
