The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we start-•Was great to see you all last Monday for our Christmas party•Welcome to the group Donaghan- Jerico is still pending to accept the invitation to join the group•To all who are all on holiday overseas and/or in Malta- happy Holidays- Karolina x 2 in Poland and the Fenechs are all in Australia .. We all wish Nicky luck on his Sydney – Hobart sailing race

Projects and deadlines• 16_007_LeMeridien_BMS_upgrade- We have started working on phase

1 panels – phase 1 which has to be completed by Feb 2017- next steps are– We need to order the JACES and Field devices – Prepare the Software for the phase one panels– Once materials are here, design sketches are available and software is

available we will do change over.Early next year we should do the change over for the roof panels with the

programmed logic and some basic graphics only• 14_069- Q019 AS410 – Material from Siemens has been received, RFIs

are started to be answered by the client• 16_025_DeLaRue_OFX- We have kicked off and now need to start

working on typical design (which should be completed before our shut down) - training by overseas specialists will be on 16/1/17

• 14_069- Q021_TF4- panel build, panel installation, Patch panel installation, FOC termination and testing

Projects and deadlines• 16_041_RSM_Zebbug_Security- We have done a site survey and we need to

ensure the contractor on site performs the required changes. We need to complete all works by End of January 2017- All materials have been ordered and we need to start thinking of Panel building, programming , Testing and commissioning

• 16_051_Baxter_AHU_Controls- An extremely fast track project which was started off last week (Commissioning date is in the week after Christmas) dead line dates are completion of panel and installation of panel on site – 21st December 2016, Start up of panel with AHU on 22nd December 2016- Installation dates 22,23,24,26th December 2016- Testing and commissioning by 27th and 28th December 2016

• 16_058_Methode- Another fast tack project Jace Based AHU control system here – we will kick it off in this week – Target is to finish it by end of February 2017- we have started ordering the long lead items here – the plan is to start Panel design ASAP and start panel build on 3 or 4th week of Jan 2017.

• 15_023_FM panels- We have a new 2 panels for FM environmental (D5M-110) ... The delivery date is not know but design is due soon

Projects and deadlines• 16_015_RSM- this lighting control project is to be completed in the first weeks wen

we get back in we need to really keep a good eye on what is happening on site by the main contractor- we must ensure the wiring and terminations are done properly- as soon as the main contractor collects the field devices we must ensure he tests the DALI loops and then we can commission and program

• 15_011- Sliema apartments – We have done some terminations and will shortly start the panel build

• 16_023_GGY- we have some snags pending (Savant with Android TV, integration with Acs, under floor heating functionality) as well as the integration to the Acs- we also have to transfer the old GGY system to the new platform

• 14_083_Intercontinental – We have commissioned the system with snags - we will return to site when snags are done by others- we also have to deliver the pool panel

• 15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap Residence are two home automation projects scheduled for Q1 2017 – we have built all panels for these projects and we are awaiting others to complete their installation

• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room We need to conclude all pending installation works – we will also try to finish the programming but commissioning will be on hold till the client asks us to continue

Projects and deadlines• 13_031_CCA- still issues with values on ILPS and we also have to

execute some new works at CCA (new cameras, pagers)• 12_043_Life Sciences – we have nearly completed all items here- some

small snags are pending to close off• 13_075_Bosch_ProWatch_Genetec_Interface - The Bosch HSDK

interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

• 12_027- Parliament –We have done progress in closing off and we now need to finalise the documentation and finally integrate ProWatch

• 12_025- The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION- SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• 14_081_Siggiewi School- there are some snags pending here which have to be seen to.

DesignLast week• OTM – started SAS-000980 (completed hottest most

important part)• Methode SMT – pre-kick-off, sized Panel, Release to

Rittal for quoteNext Week:• Meridien – Brief DSH & Shridar on Panel Sketches, on

site (MCPM2 & MCPM1)• Methode SMT – release MF Parts for quote• OTM – conclude SAS-000980• FM Env – Draught & send to CFH the new Panel Design

InstallationThis past week: • Installed PIR’s at Graham• Continued with works on Mosta workshop• OTM panel delivered and put in placeNext week:• Continue with works at Mosta workshop• Continue with works at Baxter• Water meter readings at Lifesciences• Fix camera and other works at CCA villa

Panel Build

Well done to the efforts done to catch up – we are still in slight delay

• Project 16_051 – Baxter AHU this is done and is pending the arrival of VSDs- which should be here on Monday- Testing of panel ASAP to have it installed on site by 20th December

• Project 15_011 - Graham Sliema Apts Blk completed next is testing• We need to fit in Le Meridien panel change overs on site• RSM security panels (DAC/Intruder)• 16_058_Methode- 3rd or 4th week of Jan 2017
