TIES

TENSORES

Flat ties determine the thickness of the wall and support the hydrostatic pressure loads.

Los tensores son los que determinan el espesor del muro y a su vez soportan y distribuyen las cargas

generadas por el concreto, dependiendo del proyecto se manejan dos tipos de tensores.

Snap Tie

Snap ties are designed to stay within the wall.

Pull tie

It is the most common tie, as it can be reused

hundreds of times, for this reason it is

manufactured of hardened steel.

Plastic sleeves should be used to pull the ties

easely.

To remove the ties from the wall a Tie Puller is

used.

Tensor Recuperable

Es el tensor mas común, ya que este puede ser

reutilizado cientos de veces, por esta razón esta

fabricado de un acero tratado y endurecido para

soportar estas condiciones de uso.

Este debe usar una funda plástica para facilitar su

extracción.

Para retirarlos del muro ya fundido se utiliza un

extractor de tensores.

PASARELA EXTERNA

Esta pasarela se diseño para desarrollar muros de

gran altura dejando paneles atrapados, tiene un

sistema de aseguramiento por pernos al panel.

Este elemento sirve de pasarela para el paso de los

operarios de manera que facilita los procedimientos de

vaciado y montaje de otro equipo en altura, sin

incomodidad ni riesgo de accidentes.

Gracias a este apoyo se garantiza la

verticalidad del andamio y protege al muro

de marcas debido a la presión ejercida por

el andamio.

SCAFFOLD BRACKET

This Scaffold Bracket was designed to develop

climbing walls leaving trapped panels, has a

fastening system by bolts to the panel.

This element serves as a walkway for the

passage of operators to assemble the exterior

forms in a comfortably and safely without

accidents risk.

Thanks to this support scaffold plumb is

guaranteed and it protects the wall from

marks due to scaffold pressure.

SLAB EDGE BRACKETThe Slab Edge Bracket is the solution to the forming of slab

edges.

It has a simple system of anchoring to the wall, using ties left in

place after the wall has been poured.

The adjustment and plumbing system for the slab edge are 2

Es utilizado para el aplome de los paneles, se compone de un tubo de acero y

un sistema de regulación por tornillo en los extremos que definen el rango de

expansión del puntal dependiendo de la altura del muro.

FORMWORK TOOLS

HERRAMIENTAS

EXTRACTOR DE PANELEsta herramienta se utiliza para retirar los paneles cuando se

realiza el desencofrado.

Hay extractor de panel derecho e izquierdo.

Para usarlo se inserta el pin de la herramienta en el bushing del

panel y se hace presión hacia abajo, de esta manera se obliga

al panel desprenderse del muro.

Esta fabricado en acero para una mayor resistencia y una

buena palanca para realizar el menor esfuerzo posible.

EXTRACTOR DE TENSORES

Se utiliza para retirar los tensores recuperables del muro ya fundido.

Su modo de uso es sencillo se acopla el pin de la herramienta al tensor, con

un movimiento hacia delante y atrás.

FORM PULLERThis tool is used to remove the panels when you perform the

unformwork.

There extractor panel right and left.

To use it, inserting the pin tool in Bushing panel and is downward

pressure, thus forcing the panel detached from the wall.

This made of steel for greater strength and a good lever to make

the slightest effort.

TIE PULLER

It is used to remove the wall and braced full tie.

Its usage is simple pin is attached to the tie

puller, with a movement forwards and

backwards.
