Introduction and ConventionsThis guide will use certain conventions and structures to allow you to“jump” to a link (URL) from within this document. The author of thisguide has compiled it into a PDF (Portable Document Format) which isviewable on most—if not all—computers using the Windows, Linux, Unixand Apple operating systems. Adobe Reader is free to download and ifyou don't have a working copy, you can get it free athttp://get.adobe.com/reader/ . You can read it online, download it toyour computer and read it from your desktop, or print it off and have itfor a handy refrence.

As you will see above, any links that are highlighted in yellow, underlined, and bolded in blue will be “live”. When you click on thoselive links, it will open your browser in a new tab or window so that youcan go to that site.

Since most of the links will be referencing pages in the US Home WorkForce “back office” it will require you to be logged in to your USHWFback office at http://USHomeWorkForce.com/admin.

If you are not logged in when you click on one of those links, you will beprompted to log in, then you can proceed to the page by coming back tothis document and clicking on the link again.

It is not the design or intent of this manual to turn you into a marketing“guru” or a whiz. It is designed to get you up and running with USHWFas fast, and as efficiently as possible. Whether you are a newbie, or apro, you should be able to use this manual effectively.

While much of the content of this guide is “swiped” from the back office,

it is not a comprehensive guide with the totality of what could be written.

There is, however, enough instruction—with associated screen shots—toget you over the “learning curve” of getting started. There is sufficientinformation to get you into the “flow” of this business, and also directyou to various areas of your back office.

It is recommended that you log into your back office as often as possibleand review the training materials and read the online tutorials. Overtime, things will change—such as written instructions, videos, etc.—andyou will need to keep yourself current on those changes. From time totime, major changes will be noted and an email will be broadcast to all

the team members of USHWF.

The main objective of this business is to get qualified by meeting youroffer requirements in the Instant Rewards system so that you, too, canbegin to recruit others into your system, helping them to get started, and earning payments from Instant Rewards.

The next step is learning how to place your pre-written ads into thevarious classified ad networks. Take time to review each site, as theyeach have their own parameters and requirements. As time allows, more will be added to this manual as needed, and future tutorials willbe offered as time allows.

If you have any problems with this document, or note any broken links to URL'sreferenced in this manual, send an email to the author and I will see to it that it isresolved and republished.

Let's get busy and place some ads! The more ads you place, the moreleads you'll receive, which will increase exposure to your lead capturepage.

Email document support issues here.

The link above is solely for issues pertaining to thisdocument, such as broken links, etc. Technical support

issues and trouble ticket issues need to be handledthrough your back office in the “Contact Us” section.

How to Use USHWF Back Office

A Guide to Control Panel features

Overview

The US Home Work Force Control Panel

Capture Pages

Lead “capture pages” are also referred to as “squeeze pages” or simply, 'capture pages'. This is whereyou will choose which layout you want for your capture page. You can click on the thumbnail to see apreview of the page, then when you are ready to use it, simply click on the bar below the thumbnailthat says “MAKE PRIMARY PAGE”. You can always change it later if you wish.

To changing your capture page, simply log in and select a different layout, then click MAKE PRIMARYPAGE and you're all set to go. There's no need to make any changes in the link that you advertise onthe various networks. When your new visitors come to your page, they will do so through the samelink you were advertising (http://USHomeWorkForce.com/[your_ID]) and they will simply see yournew layout.

As of this writing, there are six (6) different layouts to choose from. You can first click on the image topreview the full size capture page, then save it.

Changing Your Password

If you want to change your password, you can do that by clicking here.

Here you can change the password you use to access this control panel.

Leads

When you first log in to your back office, you will see a synopsis on the right hand side of the screenshowing your most recent 5 leads. If you want to see all your leads, click on the “View Leads” buttonin the home of your Control Panel.

This feature allow you to view information gathered from all the leads captured by your lead capturepage. When they arrive in this system they are considered ACTIVE and will automatically startreceiving the scheduled emails that you have set up for them. If they convert into a sale, then youwould want to click "Lead Converted" so that they do not receive the emails anymore since they havealready been sold. You can also choose to delete them or set them to inactive at anytime.

Page 9: USHWF Quick Start Guide

When you make changes to their status you can view them as a group by scrolling down the leadcolumns in that feature page.

Managing Your Autoresponses

Here you can view all the emails that your leads will be receiving. It also shows you when they will besent. That is how many days after they filled out your form before each email will go out to them. Youhave the option of making them inactive if you wish to stop any of them from going out. You can alsoview what the messages say as well.

Presently, there is only one autoresponder message that is sent out immediately after a new leadsigns up. In the near future, we will be developing a sequential list of messages that will automatically

go out on a preset schedule. If you are familiar with how autoresponders function, you may choose tocompile your own messages, but submit them for review and approval to assure they are incompliance with the law1.

Updating Personal Info

This is the same link that you would use to change your password. Changing your personalinformation would be used if you were to move and change your physical living address, email, phonenumber(s), etc.

Stats

Here on this page, you can view how many visitors have visited your page and how many have signedup. You can also see your conversion ratio so you can know how well your campaign is working.

Unique = The amount of unique visitors your page receivedTotal = The total amount of visits your page receivedSignups = The amount of unique people that filled out your formRatio = The percentage of people who visit your site that fill out your form

Above the graph you will find links for: view daily chart, view monthly chart, campaign stats, pagestats, and emails sent. On the far right (in red letters) is a link that you can use should you wish toreset your stats.

Clicking on each one of those links will give you a different view and presentation to give you an ideahow your campaigns are working. This is a great little tool that gives you a summary overview invarious formats, and helps you see which days perform better than others.

On the next page, you will see an example of the graph that you will find in your “Stats” section:

Getting Started Checklist

Getting set up takes very little time, and once you have everything in order you can focus onmarketing at full speed. Remember: You’re setting up a business in less than a day. Pay attention, doit right the first time and you won’t have as many challenges in the future.

Each item on the Getting Started Checklist2 is detailed in a separate link in the Resources section. Aftercompleting the GSC, we strongly suggest listening to past Webinar recordings found in the trainingsection. It will take a few hours, and it's well-worth the investment. Going through this training beforemarketing will save you a lot of frustration and time, and will help ensure early success with yourmarketing efforts.

Also listen to the Phone Example under Training—this is a live call that will help you understand howto talk with your prospects.

Profile and Payment Options

Complete Your Personal Profile

After taking a tour of your back office, the first thing you want to do is complete your profile with yourpersonal information. Every field is important.

A. Phone number

This is your “marketing” phone number. It will be on your web pages and at the bottom of yourautoresponder emails. We suggest the following format as it shows up best on the website pages:

(xxx) xxx-xxxx

It is more practical for your business, and safer to get a "marketing" phone number that forwards toyour home or cell number. Your marketing phone number will be seen on hundreds of ads and allover the Internet. Use this as a tool to drive traffic to your website. There are suggestions for freeand paid phone services under "Tools" in the Resources section.

B. Email address

This will appear at the bottom of your web pages in the envelope icon. You will also receive your leadnotifications at this address. We discuss setting up a separate business email--how and why to do it—below.

C. Physical Mailing Address

A physical address is required in your personal profile. We don’t want to be accused of spam, andneither do you.

“The U.S. federal anti-spam legislation that went into effect January 1,2004 requires that all email communications include the sender'sphysical address.”

Technically you should have this at the bottom of your emails that go to your leads and prospects, even if it’s from your own personal email.

Page 12: USHWF Quick Start Guide

D. Instant Rewards Referral ID Numbers

THESE NUMBERS ARE HOW THE SYSTEM KNOWS TO PAY YOU, so confirm that your correct IDnumbers are entered into your profile. ALSO, YOUR SITE WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY WITHOUT THECORRECT REFERRAL ID. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE CORRECT ID NUMBERS IN THEIR PLACE, YOURREFERRALS WILL GET LOST IN CYBERSPACE, AND WILL NOT BE RECOVERED.

You can locate your Instant Rewards Referral IDs by logging into your Instant Rewards accounts, andlocating the numbers at the end of your referral link, which is in the middle of your status page.

The ID numbers need to be legitimate numbers and not ones you just threw in. Your links won’t workproperly without your actual ID, so if you have NOT registered an account with Instant Rewards yet,get your sponsor’s link and REGISTER NOW. Put your valid ID in these fields. Do NOT market andpromote your website without a valid Instant Rewards Account Referral ID as this will create confusionfor your new prospects, and will be difficult to straighten out.

(Actually, it will be near impossible, as I noted above: they WILL getlost in cyberspace, and will not be recovered.)

Note: Your US Home Work Force Website will notwork without your referral ID correctly input intoyour profile. You are responsible to check yourprofile for accuracy and make sure all information isupdated.

E. New Lead Notification

This should already be set to “On”, however, it’s good to check it and make sure. This tells the systemto send you emails when someone visits and signs up through your capture page.

Set Up Your Payment Options—Bank Deposit and PayPal

There are two ways currently to be paid by Instant Rewards—PayPal and direct deposit to your bankaccount.

A. Setting up direct deposit to your bank account

To do this, log into your Instant Rewards Starter account and click “Prizes”.

Choose “Direct Bank Transfer”.

Page 13: USHWF Quick Start Guide

Click on the "Support" tab at the top of your account. For the subject line type "Set up bank account",and in the Question box submit the name of your bank, the routing number, the account number andthe account holder’s name.

You can also send an email with the same information to: [email protected].

B. Setting up a PayPal Account and Free Debit Card

1. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can set one up for free. Go to PayPal.com and clickon "sign up". On the next page, for type of account choose "Premier". Follow the screensafter that. You'll want to add a bank account to be associated with your PayPal account, andyou have to provide a payment email. (You will receive payments to this email account.) Youmay want to choose something other than your business email (which will be receiving tons ofemails) so you don't miss your payment notifications.

2. Usually, PayPal will make two very small deposits to your bank account to verify that it's youraccount. They will be very small amounts, such as .01 and .20 cents, or something along thatline. You should have the deposits within a couple of days. Once you see the amounts, loginto your PayPal account and enter them in your PayPal verification section to verify the bankaccount. Once you do that, the bank account is ready to use and you’ll be able to transferfunds from PayPal to your bank if you choose.

3. Optional: If you have had your PayPal account for more than 60 days, you have the option toapply for a debit card. Click on the "Products and Services" tab at the top of any screen. It willtake you to another page; click on "View All PayPal Products".

4. You'll see a choice for "PayPal Debit Card"—click on that, and fill out the application. Prettymuch everyone is approved because it's a debit card.

5. After you submit the application, you'll see it's being processed and that message will appearfor a few days. About five days later after logging in you'll see a link to the right that says"Activate Debit Card". This means they've put the card in the mail. It usually takes about 10days to receive the card. Once you receive it, log in, activate and you're ready to use your new

Page 14: USHWF Quick Start Guide

debit card.6. Adding the debit card, if you so choose, gives you three options with PayPal. You can pay for

things using PayPal directly, you can move funds to your bank, which takes a couple of days, oryou can pay for things immediately using the PayPal debit card. If you do want to transfer toyour bank, PayPal doesn't charge anything to move the funds. To find out if your bank chargesa fee--most do not--simply call your bank and ask.

Business Domain, Email and Phone Number

Get a Unique Business Domain

You will receive several marketing links with our system for free to promote your capture page andweb pages. We encourage everyone to ultimately get their own domain and forward it to one of thelinks below. It helps brand your business and it’s easier for people to remember.

You can rotate them out in your marketing if you like. Eventually you will want to purchase your ownand forward it to your capture page. See “Business Domain, Email and Phone Number” in theResources section for more information.

NOTE: If you decide to purchase a business domain, and if you have not yet completed your InstantRewards 80 offers, the Vista Print offer in the Instant Rewards trial offers has a sweet deal on 250business cards for free—just pay shipping and handling. You can accomplish two things at once—securing business cards with your new domain name and completing your Instant Rewards offerprocess.

Set Up A Business Email Address

We suggest getting a new, separate email address for your new business. One idea is to create onebased on your unique domain name for continuity. You’ll be receiving lots of emails from our systemand Instant Rewards so creating a different email for your business will help keep you more organizedAND sane.

If you own a domain with GDI or GoDaddy, an email address is included. (You can also make anunlimited number of emails with these services.) You can create emails for free with many differentservices like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc., but your own custom email with your domain will look moreprofessional. While it's not necessary, it will present you with a better image.

Marketing Phone Number

Creating a Marketing Phone Number that you forward to your cell or home phone is a fantastic toolfor your business. It keeps your cell and home numbers private from the general public that will beseeing your ads, and it's essential for driving traffic to your website. It also gives you control over theincoming calls, choosing whether to answer or not. We have listed several sources for phonenumbers under "Free and Paid Phone Services" so please check them out.

Google Voice Number. We mention this service because it's FREE (for one more year until 2013). Thisis a great way to manage your incoming calls and screen your applicants. Please see specificinstructions for getting one under "Free and Paid Phone Services".

NOTE: If you are using a marketing number separatefrom your home office or cell number, once someonehas registered an account with Instant Rewards it'susually a good idea to contact them via phone and/orcontact them by email and give them your directnumber. They've taken an action step so you wantthem to have easier access to you, not having to gothrough the marketing phone and voicemail to get toyou.

RECORDING YOUR MARKETING PHONE VOICEMAIL

There are three “Sample Voicemail Scripts” for your marketing phone number under "Tools" in thisResources section.

InstantRewards:ReferralsandCompletions—Important!

1. US Home Work Force and Instant Rewards are separate entities.

We use the US Home Work Force as the lead-in system that introduces people to the Instant Rewardswebsite, but they aren't the same sites and they are not technically connected. We promote them, and they support us when we have issues dealing directly with Instant Rewards, offers, crediting andsponsorship. You will have your login page for your USHWF back office, and another for your InstantRewards accounts.

US Home Work Force login page: http://ushomeworkforce.com/admin

Instant Rewards Starter Login page: http://www.starter.instantrewards.net/login.php

Instant Rewards “80” Login page: http://www.80.instantrewards.net/login.php

2. A "referral" is someone who has created an account with Instant Rewards throughyour website.

The Instant Rewards IDs in your USHWF profile in your back office are connected to your InstantRewards "join" buttons on your website.

You will receive an email from Instant Rewards when someone registers an account using your referralID. The subject line will read:

Instant Rewards: Starter - Referral Signup

This notification does NOT mean you have made money—it means that someone has registered anaccount with Instant Rewards through you, and when they meet their offer requirements, THEN youwill be paid.

This notification email will provide you with their email address and nothing more. It's a good idea tosend them an email introducing yourself as their sponsor and ask them to give you a call if they havequestions. Just be sure to give them a number where they can call you.

Page 17: USHWF Quick Start Guide

Copyright © 2012 US Home Work Force – All Rights s dPage - 18 of

It is also a good idea to attach a copy of the document "Important Information About Offers" found inthis Facebook group "docs" section and also in the Resources section of your USHWF back office. Thiswill help them get through the offer process more smoothly, especially for doing the 80 upgrade.

3. A "completion" is your referral meeting their offer requirements on either Starter or80.

You will receive an email when this happens saying your referral has met their offer requirements. Thismeans you have been paid for their completion. The subject line will look like this:

Instant Rewards: 80 - Referral has met requirements!

When you receive the completion email from Instant Rewards, log into your Instant Rewards account,Starter or 80 depending on the email, and order your money.

To learn how to order your money, read the article "How Do I Get Paid" in the docs section of theFacebook group, and also in the Resources section of your back office.

ConclusionThis tutorial, the “U.S. Home Work Force Quick Start Guide” may only be modified by systemadministrators or their approved editors.

Feel free to pass along a copy of this guide to your referrals, especially those who need a little helpgetting to the “next step” in their business.
