Day 1 Arrival◗ Arrive into Cairo Airport and transfer to your hotel for a 4 night stay.

Day 2 Cairo◗ Today enjoy a city tour of Old Cairo including the ancient Jewish Synagogue and the Coptic Christian Church. Continue to Islamic Cairo including theCitadel of Saladin and the Alabaster Mosque. Your city tour ends at the Khan El Khalili Bazaars (approx 1000years old market) with time to stop for souvenirs shopping before returning to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

• Day 3 ◗ Memphis, Sakkara and Giza

Begin this morning with a visit to Memphis including the Alabaster Sphinx and Statue of Ramses II.

Continue to Sakkara to see the first pyramid ever built.

Drive to Giza to see its three famous Pyramids and Sphinx.

Return to Cairo for a city tour and overnight stay.

• Day 4 ◗ Egyptian Museum

This morning there is an excursion to the Egyptian Museum with its wealth of antiquities including the Tutankhamun collection. .

• The afternoon is free for sightseeing and souvenir shopping.

• Day 5 ◗ JerusalemAfter an early morning start, leave Cairo and cross the Suez Canal into the Sinai Desert. Cross the Israeli border at Taba continuing north to your destination in Jerusalem or Bethlehem for a 4 night stay.

• Day 6 ◗ Mount Zion and the Old City Visit Mount Zion to see the Dormition Abbey

dedicated to Mary, and the “Upper Room” where traditionally Jesus and His disciples took the Last Supper Also see King David’s Tomb.

• Enter the Old City through the Zion Gate and walk through the Jewish Quarter, passing the Cardo See the Wailing Wall sacred to the Jewish and visit the Temple Mount where the famous golden Dome of the Rock stands.

• Drive to Bethlehem, visiting the church of the Nativity and grotto where Jesus was born

• Day 7 ◗ Mount of Olives and Via Dolorosa

From the top of the Mount of Olives, overlook the walk down to the church of Pater Noster, and Dominus Flevit.

Continue to the Garden of Gethsemane and on to the Church of St. Peter in Gailicantu, on the site of the High Priest’s house.

In the afternoon, go into the Old City through St. Stephens Gate to see the Church of St. Anne and Pool of Bethesda.Then visit the Sisters of Zion convent pavement, and follow the Stations of the Cross along the Via Dolorosa.

• Day 8 ◗ Massada and the Dead Sea

Travel south via the Wadi Qult through the Judean desert wilderness to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered, and on to Massada – the famous rock fortress that was the scene of the final resistance of the Zealots against the Romans.

Continue to the Dead Sea to experience floating in the salt water!

Return to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

• Day 9 ◗ Jericho and Galilee

After breakfast, drive through the fertile Jordan Valley to the desert oasis of Jericho, one of the oldest cities in the world with the Mount of Temptation in the background.

Continue to Galilee for a 3-night stay.

• Day 10 ◗ Lakeside Ministry and Nazareth

Drive around the Sea of Galilee visiting the sites of Jesus’ ministry: the Mount of Beatitudes, Tabgha the site of the feeding of 5,000, and the tranquil lakeside chapel of Mensa Christi.

Continue to Capernaum, the centre of Jesus’ Galilean ministry and St. Peter’s home.

Continue to Nazareth, Jesus’ Childhood home: visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, St. Joseph’s Church, and Church of Mary’s Well. Walk through the colorful Souk to see the Old Synagogue.

• Day 11 ◗ Mount Tabor and Cana

This morning drive up to Mount Tabor, site of the Transfiguration.

Continue to the village of Cana.

The afternoon is free for you to enjoy

at leisure.

• Day 12 ◗ Madaba, Jerash and Amman

Leave Galilee this morning and cross the Allenby Bridge into Jorden. Visit Madaba to see the famous Byzantine mosaic of the Holy Land.

Continue to Jerash, one of the cities of the Decapolis.

Upon arrival in Amman, enjoy a short city tour before arriving at your hotel for a 2-night stay.

• Day 13 ◗ Petra Today visit the city

“half as old as time”, the amazing rose-red Nabatean city of Petra, carved out of the brightly colored desert sandstone.

See the dramatic Treasury, Monastery, tombs and temples.

Dinner and overnight in Petra or Amman.

• Day 14 ◗ King’s Highway, Crusader Castles, Mount Nebo

Visit the Crusader castle at Shobak, then continuing along the King’s Highway to Kerak Castle.

Visit Mount Nebo from where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Cross the border to Israel and continue to Tel Aviv for an overnight stay.

• Day 15 ◗ Departure You will be transferred to Tel

Aviv’s Ben- Gurion airport for your return flight.
