: TRAINEE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS Trainee Management Systems Project is the system required to keep the time management of the project and the programmers involved. This helps the Project manager to assess the time taken for the project with module wise break up and the nature of the job, which needs attention. This also helps the Project manager to identify the assets and weakness of the programmers to give training where they lack experience. There are three main modules in our system Administrator, Project manager, Team member (Employees) where administrator plays a key role as he/she only holds all the permissions to alter the information in the database. The existing system is a static system and has called for an improvement. With the growth of the market and the organization, the system needs to be made dynamic and web-enabled. Some demerits of the existing systems are the management and project team is unable to track status of a given project in terms of schedule, actual resources required for the project and paper works. But our proposed system overcomes these all demerits of the existing system. Trainee Management System System is designed to provide Web Based Application that provides a user-friendly interface, by hiding away the complex operations that run behind the user interface. After the user has registered him he will be given a login name and password using which he can enter into his work space. It is helpful to set the security for the project. Project Manager Modules: This module divides into three sub modules. Client Requirements Cost Estimation. Client Details Client Requirement Module: This module consist of each project that are taken up by the company. The hardware/software requirements and the duration for completion of the project are recorded in this module. These details enable the client requirment to fix the duration data for each developer and it consists of the company name, domain and duration. Cost Estimation Module: In this module it consists of the cost that is used to development cost, maintainance cost. Here the net cost, gross cost and then tax for the project is calculated. Client Detail : In this client details it has garthered the information of

clients details. It includes the detail of the clients like client code, client name. This module helps to keep the name of the company name, company code, password and location. Team Leader This module is divided into the three sub modules. Skill test Task Allocation Skill Test: The administrator of the company keeps track of both the official and the personal details of each developer in the company. This module involves details such as the skill set and the number of project handled by each staff. These details help in assigning new project to developers Task Allocation: In this module employee wise scheduling for each project is recorded. For each project many developers are allocated. Each phase of the project is dealt by different group of developer. For each employee this module maintains the different phase allocated in each project. Team Member The team member module consists of two sub modules. Skill test Allocation of project Skill Test: This skill test module is used for the testing the technical skill of the employee. The employee weather is know all the language and in which language he is elligilble. The employee should know the basic languages like operating system, database. This module we have to give the scripiting language, specializion of the employee. Allocation of project: Allocation of project is used for determining the employees job.it is used to identify the work of the employee.
