Let’s See How!

Our Project

Focus on seniors Quality of life Access to resources

Social Problem Definition

• Currently, there is little collaboration and coordination among service providers for the country’s senior citizens• Many seniors in the country do not know what services are available

to them

Mission

• To determine the needs of seniors and link them to necessary resources so that they can lead healthy and productive lives in their aging years

Social Impact Strategies

• Collecting data on the needs of the nation’s seniors through a partnership with federal government• Matching seniors with service partners through a membership-driven,

technological solution• Building and strengthening a service provider network through

conferences, data reports, and training to help service providers increase the effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of their services• Running a “direct service incubator” to develop new services when a

gap is identified

Social and Economical Impact Indicators• The number of seniors matched to services• The number of service providers who better meet senior service

needs by doing one or more of the following• adding or making improvements to service• serving a new geographic area of market• improving affordability

Organizational and Program Performance Indicators• The number of members• The number of volunteers serving its programs• The number of seniors assessed

Vision of Success

• We envision a day when – through collaboration and coordination of government, nonprofits, and the business sector – all seniors, regardless of economic status, will have access to a seamless integration of the high-quality, affordable services they need in order to live healthy and productive lives
