Outlook for February

The Torrance real estate market started 2015 off on the right foot with 44 recorded sales and a

respectable $637.5K market median sales price. Although a few data points trended a bit slower,

such as the median days to sell at 57 and the sales/listing ratio at 28.2%, overall activity was positive

given the time of year and the volatility in the financial markets and global unrest.

Looking forward to February I predict a continued healthy supply/demand relationship between

sellers and buyers. Thus, for those of you interested in selling your property I would be happy to
