ARTRO Management The Directors of Artro Management have over 31 years of combined experience within the development and construction industry and specialise in project and development management from site selection and acquisition, site feasibilities, concept design and masterplanning, through to detailed design management and value engineering and management of construction phases. Artro Management is based in Alexandria and is headed by Arthur Zouglis and Roy Vigdor as Directors, who have been involved in major landmark projects within the building and property industry including the commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality, civil landscape / streetscape, residential and hotel markets.
