Biographical Sketch
From a personal perspective, he is passionate about theology, philosophy, cultures, music,
fitness, and people in general. His personal ambition is to have a world in which universal
values have been clarified and agreed upon.
From academic perspectives, he is studying Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA)
with a focus on Cross-Cultural Leadership at International School of Management (ISM).
He holds and MBA with Scholarship Award from Webster University Vienna, and has
received his BA in Management and two minors in the areas of Media Communication as
well as Computer from the same university.
From career perspective, S. Hossein Nabavi is one of the Founding Partners of ILIA
Corporation, an international management consultancy headquartered in Tehran, with
offices in Germany and China. since 9 years ago, he has been involved in more than 120
consulting projects, successfully conducted on national and international level. His main
focus is on strategic planning, business modelling, and marketing.
Also, he has co-founded a fintech startup called JIBIT. Even though recently established,
JIBIT has shown much future success potentials. This is where his main focus lies at this
stage.
He is also a member of honorary Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and also and
Advisory Board Member to couple of other charity ventures in Iran, including The
Shamsan Foundation.
Among friends, he is known to know well both the Iranian and European perspectives.

A Statistical Self-Reflection
More than 150 consulting projects completed! Average 6 external and 4 internal meeting a day! Waking up mostly at 4:30, start working at 6:30, till mostly 10 pm! Currently working with +100 team members in Tehran, 10 in Europe, 20 in Asia officially! More than 150 official collaborations made with people in last +10 years, cross-continentally! At least a book a week! and summarized most of them! Training once a week! On average, 1 red-bull, 2 coffee and 2 Cola a day!
No lunch, unless with friends or in meetings.
