• Small commercial work; Commercial rehab. / storefront / small industrial rehab

• Small malty-family / mixed use / live work / change of use

Explore options for strategic partnerships with other architects/ designers

Develop new contacts with Realtors / Brokers, RE developers, and Investors

Explore opportunities for new work in industries catering to ‘life of leisure’, affluence;

• Travel and hospitality- B&Bs, hotels, etc..
