En estos meses ha participado de forma activa en la elaboración de diversos proyectos: concurso para un nuevo hospital en Palencia (Castilla y León), Complejo Asistencial Palencia; concurso de proyecto y obra para Hospital Militar de 140 camas en Ouargla, Argelia; proyecto modificado para Animalario en el Hospital La Paz de Madrid y en un Informe de viabilidad para la rehabilitación del campus hospitalario Mother Teresa en Skopje, República de Mace-doniadonia. En todos estos proyectos ha realizado desde planos de arquitectura, planos técnicos, memorias y documentos, imagen, infografía y 3D.

Cristina ha trabajado en diversos proyectos, desde diseño de interior y diseño de mobiliario hasta la colaboración en la redacción de un proyecto básico, participando también en un concurso. Además de gestionar los archivos de dibujo, participó en la coordinación y revisión de dibujos de taller enviados por los industriales en proyectos de diseño industrial para una empresa de fabricación de luminarias.

Duran-te las revisiones y puestas en común escuchaba con atención los comentarios sobre su trabajo. Es atenta, curiosa y capaz de asimilar lo expuesto y discutir las ideas que se están debatiendo. Finalmente, es capaz de incorporar al trabajo lo expuesto sin perder de vista el sentido crítico, exponiendo dudas razonables cuando es preciso.
Además, Cristina posee una gran habilidad con el manejo de herramientas gráficas, siendo muy útil en temas de diseño de imagen, montaje de paneles, renders y diseño 3D. Logra transmitir las ideas del proyecto y ha demostrado capacidad reso-lutiva ante nuevos retos.

Cristina es una estudiante entusiasta, luchadora, dedicada y con unos hábitos de trabajo y una perseverancia extraordinarios. No precisa de ayuda para desarrollar su trabajo puesto que todo lo realizado es fruto de una investigación, un desarrollo y un razonamiento, aunque la acepta de buen grado si se le ofrece. Siempre ha cumplido con puntualidad y constancia todas sus entregas con un nivel extraordinario.

Su responsabilidad y deteSu responsabilidad y determinación son cualidades que la hacen destacar por encima del resto de estudiantes. Es inteligente, una gran triunfadora y con muchas ganas de aprender. Siempre ha entregado puntualmente los trabajos y con las espe-cificaciones exactas y sabe cómo enfrentarse a problemas que sus compañeros no saben solucionar. Ha desarrollado un edificio espacialmente muy interesante con una estructura muy complicada que ha sabido resolver sin ninguna dificultad. Su curiosi-dad e iniciativa ha llevado en muchas ocasiones ha debates muy interesantes.
Además del desarrollo rápido, destacó por su trabajo duro y constancia, y en conse-cuencia, ha sido capaz de terminar el proyecto en tan sólo un año, lo cual es sorprendente ya que la media de duración es de dos años.

1. FINAL PROJECT TIME BANK

A time bank is a system of services for time. As in prehistory, you use barter instead of money, the exchange is not material but temporary reaching a healthier society open minded and solidary. The currency exchange is knowle-dge and commitment favoring the principle of reciprocity, trust and mutual assistance. Everyone knows something and everyone can teach what he knows.
The site is located in the center district of Madrid, in a busy area in the midst of a new pedestrian axis formed by the remodeling of the area. The plot has built a historic palace that was renovated in the late nineteenth century and is urbanistically protected. The L-shaped palace has a basement and three floors above ground with load-bearing walls structure and neoclassical facade.
Due to the urbanistic and cultural value of the building I decide to resto-re and build a free building to complement the existing one. Given the location of the site in the Santa Barbara-Barceló axis, the aim is to enhance this pedes-trian diagonal with a public space that serves as a node and a link between the building and de axis as well as a major milestone and one of the main point of exchange of the Time Bank.
The building is formally and programmatically divided into three areas, with two main volumes, one upper and one lower, and one center serving as an union. The upper volume hovering in flight above the existing building without touching it, creates a point of tension between the two, between the mass and the light, the traditional and the contemporary. The lower volume is separated from the existing building and forms the large square on it at a lower level of the palace which is accessed through a transition zone located between the two buildingsbetween the two buildings. The volume of bond between the cantilevered space and the low one, is recessed of the old building by the square, delimi-ting the area and creating a new facade to the street, while in the square side, the building facade its totally transparent and focus its uses, structure and facilities to the public.

Un banco de tiempo es un sistema de servicios por tiempo. Como en la prehistoria, prima el trueque que en este caso no es material sino temporal creando una riqueza social que cristaliza en sociedades más sanas, abiertas y solidarias. La moneda de intercambio es el saber, el conocimiento y el com-promiso favoreciendo el principio de reciprocidad, confianza y ayuda mutua. Todo el mundo sabe alguna cosa y todo el mundo puede dar a conocer aquello que sabe.
El solar está situado en el distrito Centro de Madrid, en una zona muy concurrida y en medio de un nuevo eje peatonal formado por la remodelación de la zona. En el solar hay construido un histórico palacio que fue reformado a finales del S.XIX y está protegido urbanisticamente. El palacio con forma de L cuenta con una planta sótano y tres sobre rasante con una estructura de muros de carga y fachada neoclásica.
Debido al valor urbanístico y cultural del edificio se decide restaurarlo y construir un edificio exento que complemente al existente. Dada la situación del solar en el eje Santa Bárbara-Barceló se propone potenciar esta diagonal peatonal mediante un gran espacio público que sirva de nodo y articulación entre ambos y como hito principal y de intercambio en el Banco de Tiempo.
El edificio está dividido formalmente y programaticamente en tres áreas, con dos volúmenes principales, uno superior y uno inferior , y uno central que sirve de unión. El volumen superior asoma en vuelo por encima del edificio existente sin llegar a tocarse, creando un punto de tensión entre ambos, entre lo masivo y lo ligero, lo tradicional y lo contemporáneo. El volumen inferior bajo rasante se separa del edificio existente y conforma sobre él la gran plaza a una cota inferior del palacio a la que se accede mediante una zona de transición situada entre ambos edificiostransición situada entre ambos edificios. El volumen de unión entre el espacio en voladizo y el de bajo rasante, queda retranqueado del antiguo mediante la plaza, cerrándose y creando fachada a la calle y abriéndose y volcando sus usos, estructura e instalaciones al espacio público, a la plaza.
2. AQUATIC RECREATION CENTER

The aquatic recreation center has as a concept the idea of the bubble derived from the study of the Toledo Glass Pavilion of Sanaa. The location of the building is determined by three main axes that converge at this point turning the building into a node and a point of concurrency of the town. The building develops on height around three structural cores that support the truss structural perimeter of two of the plants, allowing open spaces and release the other two plants of structure. The programmatic bubbles form enclosed rooms such as open, func-tional and leisure, also compressed and expansion volumes. Interstitial spaces tie these bubbles as well as the perimeter structural joins both spaces creating a unit in the building. The program located underground also leaves his mark in the urbanism of the place as passable bubbles in relief.

El centro acuático recreativo parte del concepto de burbuja derivado a partir del estudio del Pavellón de Cristal de Toledo de Sanaa. La situación del edificio viene determinada por tres ejes principales que confluyen en ese punto convirtiendo al edificio en un nodo y un punto de concurrencia de la localidad. El edificio se desarrolla en altura en torno a tres núcleos estructura-les que sirven de apoyo a la estructural perimetral de cerchas de dos de las plantas, permitiendo espacios díáfanos y la liberación en las otras dos plantas. Las burbujas programáticas conforman tanto los espacios cerrados como los abiertos, los espacios funcionales y los de ocio, creando espacios comprimidos y de expansión. Los espacios intersticiales atan estas burbujas y a su vez, la estructural perimetral cose ambos espacios creando la unidad en el edificio. El programa situado bajo rasante, también deja su huella en el espacio exterior, creando unas plantas en relieve transitables.

The building follows the ideas from the principle of balance and weight-lessness. It consists of five rectangular volumes comprised of transparent and translucent elements. The volumes are arranged so that between them there is a load balancing and not need any additional element that causes stability. To achieve the effect of weightlessness and balance the different volumes support each other in order of translucence and transparency, never coinciding two translucent or transparent parts. Most of the volumes are cantilevered, enabling the liberation of the ground so that the vegetation is not intethe liberation of the ground so that the vegetation is not interrupted. This layout of the building makes that despite of having important massive volumes that would indicate a weight, the empty ones have practically the same per-ception of weight due to the contraposition of the volumes. This geometry and the enclosure causes the building be seen in some places and leaves a glimp-se of what happens in the interior in others . The program is mainly divided into 3 groups: public, private and educa-tion. Leaving each use separate yet all united by the various communications that are available on it, making a drivable building. Plants are totally open, thanks to the structure used, with the possibility of compartment as needed with movable glass panels that allow the observation of the interior of the kitchens and of the rest of the building. The structure aims to achieve the independence of each volume struc-turally with respect to others. This unit is formed with vierendel structural beams forming a box that allows this independence. The coating is made with a mate-rial composed with concrete and fiberglass that gives way to indirect light creating a play of light and shadows.

El edificio sigue las ideas tomadas al principio de equilibrio e ingravidez. Se compone de 5 volúmenes rectangulares conformados por elementos transparentes y translúcidos. Los volúmenes están colocados de tal forma que entre ellos hay un equilibrio de cargas y no hace falta ningún elemento adicio-nal que provoque estabilidad. Para conseguir un efecto de ingravidez y equili-brio, los diferentes volúmenes se apoyan unos en otros siguiendo un orden de translucidez y transparencia, nunca coincidiendo dos partes translúcidas o transparentes. La mayor parte de los volúmenes están en voladizo, haciendo posible que el terreno en planta baja esté liberalizado y la vegetación no se vea interrumpida. Esta disposición del edificio, hace que a pesar de haber macizos importantes que indicarían un gran peso, los vacíos tengan práctica-mente ese misma percepción de peso debido a la contraposición de los cuerpos.Esta disposición de los volúmenes y sus cerramientos provoca que el edificio pueda ser visto en algunas lugares y en otras deje entrever lo que sucede en los interiores. El programa se divide principalmente en 3 grandes grupos: público,pri-vado y de enseñanza. Quedando cada uso separado pero a la vez todos unidos por las diferentes comunicaciones que se disponen en él, haciendo que sea un edificio recorrible. Las plantas son totalmente diáfanas, gracias a la estructura que se utiliza, con la posibilidad de compartimentarse según la necesidad con paneles móviles de vidrio, que permiten que en las cocinas se pueda observar lo que sucede en el interior, al igual que en el resto del edifi-ciocio. La estructura pretende conseguir la independencia de cada volumen estructuralmente con respecto a los demás. Para ello se forma una unidad con vigas vierendel que conforma una caja estructural que permite esta inde-pendecia.El recubrimiento se realiza con Litracon, un material con de hormi-gón y fibra de vidrio que deja el paso de la luz indirecta creando un juego de luces y sombras.
3. HOUSING AND URBANISM

The project is located in Dubai in a very peculiar place, in one of the arms of Palm Jumeira. The intervention consists of two parts, a pre-urbaniza-tion and the subsequent development of housing.
Urbanism is solved with a wide central boulevard that allows the intro-duction of open spaces for interaction among neighbors and with the culmina-tion of two nodes at the ends thought as expansion areas for sports or leisure.
The houses are completely open to sea, closed to the surrounding environment and partially open in the courtyards creating a visual filter inside out, from privacy to public. The same happens in the interior, where through the different heights and volumes all plants are visually connected. The proper-ty is developed on 4 levels, the basement completely linked to the sea also entering the interior of the house; on the first floor, we find the common rooms and on the upper two, toilets and bedrooms. Also, on different plants there are open outdoor spaces that fill the interior with light and accentuate the sightsopen outdoor spaces that fill the interior with light and accentuate the sights.
3. VIVIENDA Y URBANISMO

El proyecto está situado en Dubái en un lugar muy peculiar, en uno de los brazos de palmera de Palm Jumeira. La intervención consta de dos partes, una previa de urbanización para viviendas unifamiliares y la posterior de desa-rrollo de las mismas.
El urbanismo se soluciona con un amplio boulevard central que permite la introducción de espacios abiertos para la interacción entre los vecinos y dos grandes nodos en los extremos como culminación con zonas de expansión para la práctica de deportes u ocio.
Las viviendas se vuelcan completamente hacia el mar, se cierran al entorno que le rodea y se va abriendo parcialmente en los espacios interiores abiertos creando así un filtro visual de dentro hacia afuera, de la privacidad a lo público. Esto mismo ocurre en el interior, donde a través de las diferentes alturas y volúmenes las diferentes plantas se conectan visualmente y luminica-mente. La vivienda se desarolla en 4 niveles, el sótano ligado completamente al mar e introduciéndose en el interiores de la vivienda, en la baja nos encon-tramos las salas comunes y en las dos superiores zonas de aseo y dormito-rios. Así mismo, en las diferentes plantas encontramos espacios abiertos al exterior que llenan de luz el interior y que acentúan las visuales del entorno.

The propose consist of a basic unit for cooperationThe propose consist of a basic unit for cooperation. A closed, comprehensive and evolving cycle, focused on an agricultural program for those developing countries that lack the necessary knowledge and resources to exploit their technical use.
Considering that the process includes leaConsidering that the process includes learning techniques, cultivation and sale of the products produced, the proposal seeks to respond to a spatial, topogra-phic and climatic variable needs that depends on the location and associated activities, in a simple language and using basic construction techniques with minimal resources.
In this regard there are six basic program units combined together depending on the needs, resulting the size of a standard container of 12 x 3 x 2.6m high each one.
HISPALYT CONTEST/ Project information_Tipology: Public building_Date of completion: June 2012_Location_Location: Sagunto, Valencia, Spain
The contest consist of designing a visitor pavilion with public attention and ticketing for the Roman Theatre and the Castle of Sagunto using as main material the ceramic. The will during the process was to seek the approach and balance between the existing and the proposal.
I understood that the resolution of the existing plaza in front of the castle was vital to establish a space able to articulate the entrances to the hall, the parking and the path up to the castle as well as a node to the town.
Given the constraints of accessibility due to the mountain and in order to make the minimum possible intervention on the target area, I establish the pavilion on the bottom. Conceptually the pavilion is meant as a box suspended over the empty excavated in the mountain that is used to locate the car park, not outwardly visible. This space, in ground contact, receive light and ventilation through ceramic lattices that make up the top public space and creates a microclimate that regulates the temperature of the pavilion. As a premise of the contestcontest, I design an outer facade of ceramic pieces that filters the light entering to the interior of the pavilion

Propuesta de unidad habitable básica destinada a cooperación para el desarollo. Se propone un proyecto para un uso que responde a un ciclo cerrado, completo y en continua evolución, enfocado a un programa agrícola en países en desarrollo que carecen del conocimiento y las técnicas necesa-rias para poder explotar sus recursos. Considerando que el proceso engloba el aprendizaje de técnicas, el cultivo y la venta de los productos producidos, la propuesta trata de dar respuesta a unas necesidades espaciales, topográficas y climáticas variables en función de la ubicación y las actividades asociadas, con un lenguaje senci-llo y recurriendo a técnicas constructivas básicas ejecutables con recursos mínimos.
En este sentido se plantean seis unidades programáticas básicas, combinables entre sí en función de las necesidades y dimensionadas para que la agrupación de seis de ellas resulten el tamaño de un contenedor estándar de 12 x 3 x 2.6m de altura.

Propuesta de pabellón de visitas, atención al cliente y venta de entradas para el Teatro romano y el Castillo de Sagunto. La voluntad durante todo el planteamiento de proyecto ha sido buscar el planteamiento y el equilibrio entre la situación existente y la propuesta.
Entendía que la resolución de la plaza existente frente al castillo era fundamenEntendía que la resolución de la plaza existente frente al castillo era fundamen-tal para establecer un espacio capaz de articular los accesos al pabellón, al parking y a la senda que sube al castillo y, al mismo tiempo servir como lugar estancial.
Dados los condicionantes de accesibilidad y con el objetivo de realizar la mínima intervención posible sobre la zona de actuación, se decidió colocar el pabellón en la parte más baja. Conceptualmente el pabellón se entiende como una caja suspendida sobre el vacío excavado en la montaña que se aprove-cha para situar el aparcamiento, no visible exteriormente. Este espacio, en contacto con el terreno, recibe luz y ventilación mediante celosías cerámicas que conforman el espacio público superior y genera un microclima que permi-te regular la temperatura del pabellón. Como premisa del concurso, se diseña una fachada exterior de piezas cerámicas que sirven de celosías para tamizar la luz que entra al interior del pabellón

In the following pictures there are some of the renderings and images that I have been doing over the years for different projects, in different studies and for private clients. For these infographics in general I used 3D max modeling, V-Ray as render engine and the creation of materials and Photoshop for retou-ching or for those who are montages.
6. 3D Y DISEÑO DE IMÁGEN
En las siguientes láminas se muestran algunos de los renders e imáge-nes que he ido realizando a lo largo de los años para diferentes proyectos, en diferentes estudios y para clientes privados. Para estas infografías en general he utilizado 3D max para modelar, V-Ray como motor de render y para la creación de los materiales y Photoshop como retoque final de imágenes o para las que son montajes.
