Ode to professionalism

You don’t find true professionalism/innovation in education… You make it and it’s a hell of a building site. Ruled by thuggery of ego/policy, procedures and time constraints, sometimes mugged by laziness. So hard hats on people, get those construction cranes and tools ready. There’s heavy remodelling to be done. (With thanks to Kathleen Noonan Courier Mail journalist- who provided an ode that I have customised)
