Representative Agent Accountable for the administrative, financial and risk

Get all data relating to such offers, including all the necessary documents to prove the legality of same. Financial projections in the form of a detailed financial model (when relevant). Review, analyse and comment, during the period that client companies’ seller is preparing documents, on the documents and advised client projects relating to the content of the documents and the contemplated transactions in regards to investors/buyers. Be available and correspond regularly with client companies’ seller on the status or results of the efforts on behalf of client companies’ seller in identifying potential investors or companies’ buyers. Organize the first and next round of negotiations. Participate in the negotiation process between all parties in order to ensure completion of businesses deal.
