Conference and Events Manager

Working with our experienced team, we provide you with a Conference and Events Manager who will liaise with you from your initial contact right through to your departure; someone who will listen to you and share your vision; someone capable of ensuring every last detail is arranged perfectly.

With a choice of room set up from Boardroom, Classroom, Cabaret, Theatre and Full Banquet Style, your conference can be tailor made to suit your style and needs.

Flexibility is available within the conference centre, with it featuring a number of break out rooms, exhibition space with Vehicle access as well as a reception & secretariat office for the larger or longer conferences.

Technical Features

To suit your needs your main conference or meeting room is inclusive of Lectern and Microphone, PA system, IPod connection, Floor mount data projector and screen, White board and Flip chart.

Further equipment available for hire, please enquire with the Conference and Events Manager.

Internet Access

For flexibility a portable High Speed USB modem can be utilised and provided by your Conference and Events Manager. Alternatively you can access your emails or corporate network via our Wi-Fi service.

Business Services

Business services can be arranged through the Conference and Events Manager. These can include secretarial services, courier and photocopying.

Bonfire

Why not enjoy a glass of wine or an after dinner drink around our roaring bon fire. Enjoy a Gourmet BBQ Buffet dinner in our Rotunda and after dinner congregate around the warmth of the fire for some down time.

Ideal for pre dinner cocktails and canapés while you take in the serenity of the late afternoon sunset.

BBQ Rotunda
