Check out Procedure—Friday Due to the volume of parents and guardians requesting to check out their student(s) on the Friday before a school break, we have put into place the following checkout procedures for Friday, March 29, 2018. Parents and guardians who are planning to check out their student Friday, March 29 must have a signed and dated note to the Attendance Office by 4:00 pm on Thursday, March 28. Students who submit a checkout note before 4:00 pm on Thursday should pick up their pass Friday morning before the bell rings. The student should show their pass to their teacher to leave at their checkout time, reducing disruption to the classroom. Students will need to sign out at the Attendance Office before leaving campus. For students who did not submit a prior checkout note, please be aware that due to the volume of checkouts on Friday, March 29, the Attendance Office cannot accept telephone calls or emails to arrange for a checkout. Parents will need to come to the Attendance Office in person to check out their student. 3rd and Final Course Verification Forms Due Friday Students received their third, and final, Course Verification Form yesterday. This is your last opportunity to confirm your requests for next year and ensure that you have selected a total of six credits. If this form is correct, there is no need to return the form. Changes to the form will need to be made by March 29, 2019. Forms should be returned to the front office. Online Course Registration Registration for online classes for the summer session, and next fall is now open. Requests for online courses for the next school year must be noted on your course verification form by the course registration deadline, May 23, 2019.
