Improved finishes due tobetter dispersion of paint

AirlessHigh-pressure spraying

Economical, environmentallyfriendly spraying methodwith high surface area cover-age.

The fluid pump draws coatingmaterial from any desired con-tainer and transfers it underhigh pressure through a hoseto the spray gun. A speciallyformed spray tip provides forairless atomization. A high-velocity stream of material isthen sprayed onto the objectbeing coated, which insuresfantastic surface coverage.

Air CombiAir-assisted painting tech-nology

The Air Combi sprayingmethod combines the ad-vantages of the Airless andconventional spraying tech-niques.

Under this method, coatingmaterial is transferred undermoderate pressure to the spraygun and pre-atomised.Through the regulated supplyof compressed air to thesprayed material, a soft, con-trollable stream with minimaloverspray is produced. This isideal for applications requiringfine finishes for complexprofiles having small or largesurface areas.

Hot-Spray For higher film builds, shorter drying time, andfinest finish quality.

WIWA Fluid Heaters can con-trol material viscosity, therebyeliminating the use of reduc-ing solvents. An adjustablecirculation system maintains aconstant material temperature.
