Whether it be coach agreements and/or management of the coaching team, a full planning application, Will to Win Ltd is able to advise on a suitable route.

Will to Win was started in 1995 in Twickenham, London by Steve Riley. Steve is a Level III LTA Professional Coach and graduated from Loughborough University. His experience in coaching, facility management, promotions and marketing fuelled the development of the Will to Win concept. - The success of the coaching programme at clubs led to a search for bigger venues with more coaching possibilities due to the lack of space. Will to Win Chiswick was opened by Tim Henman in 1997, the 7 court pavilion based public centre saw demand for this new pay and play approach increase dramatically in the subsequent years to require 4 full-time coaches by 2003.Over 1,000 juniors now pass through the centre annually on tennis camps, courses and squads. The adult programme has grown to mirror this with many league successes including 8 successive league victories. Will to Win Ltd also works with local clubs to facilitate a year-round programme due to floodlight access.- The increased demand for a year-round programme led to Lammas Park, Ealing being the second site. With a potential of 15 courts (planning permission granted) this is the most exciting programme and work commenced in early 2007. Floodlit courts are complete and this centre will be the largest in west London.- In 2002 Will to Win Ltd joined forces with Park Cafe to form PTP Ltd working in partnership to provide quality tennis and catering facilities in the Royal Parks. These high profile centres include Hyde, Regents and Greenwich Parks and has enabled the Will to Win name to become recognized in London and the UK as a company which is serious in providing quality tennis programmes and facilities open to all players from the community.- The period from 2004 has seen facility development in the form of 4 floodlit courts at Regents Park and renovated courts at all centres - now over 45, and the construction of 4 mini tennis courts (2 at Hyde Park and 2 at Regents Park) and 7 new courts at Ealing (Lammas Park).- A successful on-going schools programme at all centres has resulted in the Royal Parks Community Tennis Tournament ¬held annually for the local state schools. Similar events are also in place at Ealing and Chiswick working closely with Middlesex LTA.- The community development of tennis since 2008 has been given a higher priority by the Governing Body, the LTA, via the Tennis Foundation. Will to Win Ltd is working closely with the Tennis Foundation to deliver the beacon and hot spot strategy and hopes to ensure the remaining public tennis courts in the UK become thriving welcoming places where players can restart their tennis interest or have a great first experience and beyond. To make the public tennis venues a place to enjoy and for the community to be proud of, Will to Win Ltd also promotes community tennis in other countries via its Junior Community Grand Prix. This innovative world community tournament developed due to the reforming of an old link with Dubai. Dubai Duty Free/Will to Win Grand Prix has been running for 4 years now and is an event that encompasses many aspects of the Will to Win Ltd philosophy:- Access to all. Elimination of elitism. Promotion of tennis as a great world game for all in public venues - as of 2009 the events are being held in London, Dubai, New York and Madrid (more venues are planned).- From 2005 the company has seen a new approach in the administration and management of the centres giving a unified approach via marketing, accountancy and general management based on financial control, planning and budgeting.- All the centres continue to form strong community orientation and the tennis for free concept is going strong with local kids able to access the courts free of charge throughout the summer.- So whatever your requirement we can satisfy them all from junior tenniscamps to complete tennis centre development and construction.
