Sub : Request for accommodation in College Hostel

Respected Sir,

I would like to state that I get admission in your esteemed college this year for M.Tech in Manufacturing Technology course. The duration of the course is 2 years. For my study I will have to shift from my native place Bankura, West Bengal.I have no acquaintance in this city. I have financial constraintsto find accommodation as you must be aware that rent is very high here. (My family income: 3 Lakhs per annum) My parents cannot afford tuition fees along with my accommodation charges.

Therefore, you are kindly requested to allot me a room in college hostel and oblige me. I will be grateful to you forever.
