Virtual Tour, Meet CommercialDid you know that over 90% of buyers start their search online?

With thousands of listings available to buyers, standing out from the crowd is essential.

Virtual tours consist of a series of pictures in a slide show format, matched with elevator-like music. If you’re lucky, you may experience a click-and-drag-yourself-in-a-circle-environment, where multiple images of a room are ‘stitched’ together to form a 3D simulation of distorted and out of focus pictures. Both methods make it very hard to imagine being in the home.

It’s easy to post a listing online; however, having your listing viewed and connecting with an individual virtually is an entirely different animal. Our goal is to connect with a viewer on an emotional level; the more connected they feel, the more likely they are to progress from online, to in-person.

To accomplish this, as with everything we do, we’ve strayed from the norm. Our team invests in having the most modern and affective marketing.

What is a COMMERCIAL?

Think of it as a movie trailer. Using high-definition video, we record video clips focusing on unique features, furniture and building elements. These clips

are matched with original music that we purchase specifically for each home to best portray the homes unique personality.

Put all of this together and the end result is a unique preview of a home, evoking a bit of emotion, connecting with viewers and hopefully leaving them longing for just a bit more.

COOKING WITH AR IEL

Featured ResidentsMilton Cricket Ground (MCG) is a non-profit Cricket association comprised of cricket enthusiasts that enjoy this fast growing sport in the community along with their family and friends.

MCG had a great 2012 summer season; weekly matches were organized at the Boyne field and the Drumquin Park. For the first time in the history of Milton, MCG introduced a Cricket winter indoor season at the EC Drury School gym.

One of the major achievements of MCG is the approval of a proper Cricket field in Milton. In 2012, the Town of Milton Council approved the building of a Cricket pitch in the Scott Neighborhood Park, scheduled to open in 2014. This milestone could only be achieved by the persistent efforts of the MCG members, the community in whole and the support of the Town of Milton.

Sal’s passion for Cricket, sports in general and the local community is infectious. He invites you to join him and his growing group at www.miltoncricket.com

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1. Preheat BBQ to medium-low heat.

2. Toss 3 lbs. of wings in 2 tbsp. of olive oil and season with salt.

3. Mix ingredients and heat slowly. Once butter melts, whisk and set aside. If sauce starts to solidify, slowly heat again - do not boil.
