Warsaw Ghetto Uprising

An order was issued to empty the Warsaw Ghetto and deport the inmates to Treblinka. Following the deportation of some Warsaw Jews, news leaked back to those remaining in the Ghetto of mass killings.A group of about 750 mainly young people decided that they had nothing to lose by resisting deportation. Using weapons smuggled into the Ghetto they fired on German troops who tried to round up inmates for deportation.They held out for nearly a month before they were taken by the Nazis and shot or sent to death camps.

With the Russians advancing from the East, many 'Death Camps' were closed and evidence destroyed.

The Experiments by Peter Tyson Back to Should They Be Used? During World War II, Nazi doctors conducted as many as 30 different types of experiments on concentration-camp inmates. They performed these studies without the consent of the victims, who suffered indescribable pain, mutilation, permanent disability, or in many cases death as a result. At the Nuremberg "doctor's trial," which brought 23 German doctors to trial immediately after the war, prosecutors found 15 defendants guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity; seven were hung. Here are some of the most notorious experiments:

Karl Brandt, Hitler's personal physician and Major General Reich Commissioner for Health and Sanitation, was one of 15 defendants found guilty of war crimes at the "Doctors Trial." He was later executed.

801 Schindler made a list of 801 Jews to

work in his factory… He sacrificed everything he had to save them. It is unknown how many survived this horrific path to death. Between Resistance Fighters and Schindler a few were saved. Always remember 6.2 Million were murdered. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with information surrounding the Holocaust.
