MEDICALEXEMPTIONPOLICY:TheUniversityrequiresthatastudentbemedicallyexaminedinHealthServices,orbyanoff-campusphysicianpriortoanabsenceduetomedicalreasonsfroman:exam,lab,test,seminar,assignment,etc.
StudentHealthServiceswillprovidemedicaldocumentationonlyif:
1. Medicallywarranted(ie.asimplecoldisnotmedicallywarranted).2. ThestudentpresentsthemselvestoHealthServicesbeforetheexam.3. Thestudentisseeninourofficethedayoftheexam,lab,etc.
