Our client’s requirements are of the greatest importance to us and we offer our services 24/7 in order to meet their needs.

Specialised Crusher Services supply services specifically to fixed and mobile plant equipment such as installations, commissioning, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown work, shutdowns, upgrades, inspections, technical servicing and diagnostic fault finding.

We have built a sound professional relationship with a range of clients in the mining and quarrying industry throughout Australia and have established a reputation for providing a professional, high quality maintenance solution for shutdown and breakdown services, while ensuring all works are conducted to OEM specification.

Our highly experienced team provides professional services to the following:.

• Programmed Fixed & Mobile Plant Maintenance.

ON-SITE FIELD SERVICE

PREVENTATIVE, SHUTDOWN AND BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCEWe can offer a range of maintenance support to fixed and mobile materials processing plants from assembly to installation, to commissioning, diagnostics, shutdowns, breakdowns and plant upgrades.

We can provide management, supervisors, industry tradesmen and trades assistants for installations, maintenance shutdowns or emergent breakdowns, and provide preventative maintenance proposals and major refurbishment services anywhere in Australia or Internationally.

When it comes to maintaining your assets, we can provide service to all varieties of equipment whether it be crushing and screening, fixed plant, mobile plant or heavy mining machinery. Our skilled personnel are dependable, experienced, safety conscious and available to service your business.

All personnel are trade qualified, experienced & hold the applicable Industry / Work Cover competencies to conduct all manner of works. Our personnel arrive onsite with “Fit for Purpose” tooling and logistical support to ensure all works are conducted without delay.

SCS can also provide supervision personnel to competently supervise the client’s labour force and or work alongside to suit client requirements.

All personnel shall be inducted to client and site requirements prior to commencement of work.

STEEL ERECTION & EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION SCS capabilities also include structural steel erection & mechanical component installation on both “Green Field” & “Brown Field” Site Projects both surface & underground.

SPECIALISED CRUSHER SERVICES - COMPANY CAPABILITIES

WORKSHOP

ABRASIVE BLASTINGWe are equipped with transportable Dry Abrasive Blasting equipment that allows us to provide a mobile Abrasive Blasting service. Mobile equipment is transported onto and around site by SCS vehicles. All equipment is MDG-15 compliant.

SCS conducts onsite Abrasive Blasting during machinery component rebuilds to prepare surfaces by removing all contaminants, surface coatings or corrosion prior to assembly and or surface finishing.

Existing steel structure that is fixed in place and has deteriorated due to environment and or process exposure can be efficiently treated by abrasive blasting to remove rust and other surface contaminants, allowing for the application of new surface treatments and painting to increase the lifespan of the steel which in many cases can save ongoing expensive repair costs.

Alternatively an in-house Abrasive Blasting service can be provided.

STRYKER – FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMSSpecialised Crusher Services are accredited agents for Bulbeck STRYKER Engineered Fire Suppression Systems.

We can supply, install, commission & service STRYKER (Loss of Pressure) Foam Spray system model BF-5062.

The STRYKER BF 5062 Pre-Engineered Foam Fire Suppression System is designed for Installation on Mobile and Transportable Equipment.

The STRYKER system is AS 5062-2006 compliant with and approved by Active Fire with the listing number afp-2423.

With the support of our suppliers we have all your vehicle foam suppression needs covered.

The STRYKER Loss of Pressure (LOP) Foam Fire Suppression System has been design to provide Asset and Operator Protection on all Mobile and Transportable Equipment such as:

• Mining Equipment • Road Haulage

• Four Wheel Drive Vehicles • Road Registered Plant

• Pleasure Craft
