SAFETY PROGRAM POLICY STATEMENT
We have developed a comprehensive safety program that addresses our specific safety
concerns and provides guidance for the performance of our individual job tasks within the
framework of appropriate Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
Safety takes a commitment from all personnel within our organization. Training will be
interactive with an opportunity for all to actively participate, ask questions, make suggestions,
and refer to our written policies and procedures.
It is our policy to provide a work environment that is inherently safe. The safety and health of
our employees is of primary importance as they are our most important resource.
Safety training needs will be identified by continual reassessment of our work methods,
equipment and job sites as well as employee and management input. Observation of unsafe acts
will be addressed immediately.
Each employee is encouraged to contact their Supervisor immediately should a safety or health
risk exist so that corrective action may be taken immediately.
Safety requires not only that each person understand and perform individual tasks in a safe

Management Bio
Donald L. Grove, Sr., Owner of Nuclear Recruiters™ with over 10 year’s
Nuclear Industry experience, Donald Grove is also a man with tremendous
personal energy and drive at age 42. “We are Nuclear Professionals and we
provide nuclear professionals to our clients. We have an obligation to
operate our Nuclear Recruiting Firm in a manner that inspires confidence
in ourselves, the nuclear client, the regulator, and the public”, said Grove,
adding he anticipates becoming actively involved in all nuclear staffing opportunities.” The rule of thumb I have
with the Nuclear Industry is this:
“Help” our Nuclear Utility Clients Attain Consistent, Predictable, High Levels of Performance in Nuclear
Safety and Quality by providing Qualified, Experienced, and Professional Nuclear Supplemental
Resources at Reduced Costs to the Client.
Donald Grove was born in Vandenberg, CA. He graduated from RB Stall High School in 1988. He entered college
as an Engineering Technology student at Trident Technical College in 1990. Grove began his electrical
experience in 1996 with Black & Veach at Westvaco Paper mill in Charleston, SC. As an electrical apprentice,
early advice from a journeyman electrician stuck with me through the years. “He told me, ‘If you learn this
electrical trade and work safely you will always have a job!” Donald Grove successfully completed Nuclear
Instrumentation and Electrical training certification at Mt. Holly, NC in 2006. As a member of the Society for
Maintenance and Reliability Professionals, Grove in 2011 was also a Certified Maintenance and Reliability
Professional. Grove worked with several electrical contractors including General Electric from 1999 to 2001.
Donald Grove was badged with unescorted access into his first nuclear plant on September 11, 2001 with Duke
Temps at Oconee Nuclear Station. “I was high energy – I had a lot of paper mill instrumentation and electrical
experience, and this new Nuclear opportunity was driven by procedures and schedules.” I have worked at ten
PWR, BWR and CANDU Nuclear Plants including: Oconee, Catawba, McGuire Nuclear Stations, North Anna,
Surry, Shearon Harris, Point Beach, Bruce Power and Ft. Calhoun Nuclear Stations. I have experienced a variety
of responsibilities over the years in these unique work environments.
Page 18

The most natural transition for Grove was to utilize his 10 years of cumulative experience, qualifications and
knowledge of the Nuclear Industry, working as an employee of several Contract Staffing companies and to
become an Employer. “There are many staffing companies” admits Grove; “however there are honestly only
a few that understand some of the unique requirements of this exciting but Industry Regulated
Profession.”
Living life to the fullest both in the office and out. Donald Grove embodies the adage that life is meant to be
lived. “One of the things I’ve always done is reinvent myself, from the humble beginnings as an Industrial Paper
mill I&C technician to the Professional Supplemental employee as a Nuclear I&E Technician at several Nuclear
Power Plants. “I’m reinventing myself right now.” I began Nuclear Recruiters™ in 2011, a Nuclear Staffing
Firm based in Charlotte, NC. Nuclear Recruiters™ is the premier Nuclear Industry Staffing Firm and Subject
Matter Expert (S.M.E.) specializing in recruiting Professional Nuclear Supplemental Support staff for “direct
hire” and “contract” positions exclusively for Commercial Nuclear Power Utilities and governmental agencies.
Donald added, “I’m really excited and my learning curve is steep, but that’s why after so many years in the
Nuclear Industry, it’s as exciting today as it was the first day I stepped foot into the Protected Area at a
Nuclear Plant. New challenges have never deterred me.”
