Auckland City & Fringe Commercial TeamThe Auckland City and City Fringe team had our most successful year ever in 2015 with an increase in revenue of over 45% on 2014. We attribute this to working hard collectively as a team with a shared database and CRM software to obtain premium outcomes for our Vendors and Landlords. We pride ourselves on being ethical, professional and servicing our clients property requirements with discretion and efficiency. Enclosed are a selection of unconditional sales and leases completed by members of the City and Fringe team in 2015. As shown by these results and by our track record, the Bayley’s Auckland City & Fringe Commercial Team continue to be the market leaders across the central Auckland commercial property market. We hope we will be your first port of call as your trusted property advisor.
Whilst we perceive the market to be towards the top of the cycle, by all accounts, the fundamentals for 2016 are sound and we look forward to achieving strong sales values and leasing rental rates. We expect to see the attractiveness of New Zealand as a property investment destination remain strong.
A significant increase in the number of properties which were sold in 2015 were to off-shore purchasers. Through both our unmatched purchaser database and our strong links with the Bayleys International Team, we are able to ensure no stone is left unturned when marketing your commercial property, ensuring as many potential purchasers both domestically and internationally are effectively targeted.
