Jen Iliff, Vice President of MarketingJen Iliff is a veteran marketing professional and serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Novotus. Jen specializes in developing innovative marketing programs with emphasis on branding and strategic planning.
In addition to serving Novotus, Jen is the founder of 3X Marketing, an outsourced marketing solutions company. She has almost 20 years of sales, marketing, public relations and corporate communications experience. Her career includes serving both business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies across a variety of industries.
Melinda Gotcher, Director of Talent AcquisitionMelinda brings over 20 years of recruiting industry experience to her role as Director of Talent Acquisition. She has spent 18 years leading talent acquisition teams at First USA and Progressive Insurance before joining the Novotus team.
Her background as a corporate recruiting manager provides Melinda with the professionalism, management skills, and integrity to successfully lead a team of recruiters. Gotcher focuses on providing effective solutions to complex hiring challenges.

What is a Pure RPO? A Checklist
Manage the recruitment process directly with the hiring managers
Act as the primary recruitment resource for jobs supported
Manage the applicant tracking
Incorporate and promote all applicant sources, including employee referrals, user groups, job posting boards, etc.
Provide human contact with the hiring manager and candidates as needed throughout the process
Take the job from initial job profiling with the hiring manager and supporting until hiring and/or onboarding
Assess each candidate against job specific criteria
Have a direct sourcing capability
Offer similar services to multiple clients
Actively promote the client's employment brand
