You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in identifying, implementing and managing services for people who are at risk of exclusion. The current salary for this post is circa £40k, depending on experience and skills. As the organisation grows ever more autonomous this salary will increase to reflect this progress. This is an exciting post that will put the post holder in control of their own career development. We are now recruiting 2 full time positions based in Kilmarnock: Reporting to the Finance Director you’ll be an experienced accountant with an ability to work under your own initiative in a small growing team. You’ll have experience of overseeing: · a growing payroll function (including monthly reconciliations, year end, compliance and RTI) · a busy sales ledger · all bank transactions and reconciliations. You’ll have an ability to prepare quarterly management accounts for each person we support (Individual Service Funds) as well as the Management Teams. You’ll share the values of the organisation and assist the Finance Director to prepare the annual statutory accounts, maintain the Fixed Asset Register and liaise with external auditors. You must have an eye for detail, excellent communications skills and an advanced knowledge of Sage Payroll, Sage Accounts and Excel.
