1. Draw the cummulative relative frequency of the data and the cdf of normal distribution based on the data. Looking at the histogram and the normal curve, it can be concluded that the rainfall data are normally distributed (follow normal distribution).
2. Estimate the confidence interval of the variance for 0.95 confidence level. 3. Estimate the confidence interval of the rainfall mean for 0.95 confidence level. 4. What is the probability of rainfall being 195-‐210 mm, prob(195 mm < R < 210 mm)? 5. Estimate the confidence level of the rainfall mean being 195-‐210 mm. 6. What is your opinion if somebody says that the mean annual rainfall is 180 mm? Consider
