ISO 9001:2000 A Process Oriented Approach - provides tried and tested
framework for taking a systematic approach to manage the business processes
organizations activities - so that they consistently turn out products or services
conforming to customers expectations. This can lead to consistency in product or
service delivery to the customers and to augment in business growth.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES(Guidance to management to lead and operate an organization successfully)
International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has adopted the eight
universally accepted quality management principles to serve as the foundation
for all the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 standard. All the requirements of ISO
9000:2000 are related to one or more of these principles
