Instructions for making a web reservation using Odetah’s online reservation system: Before beginning please read each page entirely as it includes important booking information. General Reservations begin April 1st at 10am. Before general reservations begin ONLY reservations for a minimum of 7 nights will be accepted unless you are a VIC member. VIC members are able to make general reservations per the schedule below: Platinum: Feb 1st at 10am Gold: Feb 15th at 10am Silver: Mar 1st at 10am Bronze: Mar 15th at 10am Visit www.odetah.com/vic.aspx for more information on our VIC program. If another user adds the site you selected to the cart before you are able to, clicking the “Book” will add nothing to the cart. -If you have added a site to cart and were disconnected before completing payment for the transaction the site (s) in the cart may show as unavailable for up to 20 minutes until the system resets itself. Please do not call or email the office if this occurs because the system does not allow us to unlock those sites manually. -Holiday weekends have different requirements regarding minimum number of nights. Please visit www.odetah.com/policies.aspx to review those policies. -It is strongly recommended that if you have previously used our system that you retrieve your password if you do not know it prior to beginning the reservation process. Password reset emails can sometimes take up to 15 minutes to be sent. Make sure that you add [email protected] as a “safe sender” in your email software or confirmations and password reset emails may be marked as spam. You can access the password reset feature by clicking “Log In” at the top of the screen and selecting “Forgot Password” from the drop down menu.

Instructions for making a web reservation using Odetah’s online reservation system:

On the initial page click “Make a Reservation” to be taken to the reservation section of the website. The

“Seasonal Guest Statements” link only applies for our current seasonal campers.

If you encounter issues during your booking please click the “Live Chat” link at the top of the screen. If there

are no operators currently available it will show that Live Chat is “NOW OFFLINE” but will allow you to

leave us a message which will be answered as soon as possible.

Once on the reservations page please be sure to read the information above the calendars as it includes im-

portant booking information. At this point you will need to click once on the date you intend to arrive and then

once on the date you intend to depart. The arrival and departure boxes below will automatically fill in with the

dates you select from the calendar. Please note that you must select dates from the calendar as you cannot en-

ter them manually. The small arrow next to the month will allow you to move to the next month(s). The key

at the bottom of the calendar indicates the color coding. If the current date is after October and prior to May

you will see all dates as unavailable since we are closed for the season. Please scroll to May to begin seeing

our availability. Please fill in the remaining info such as number of adults and children and if you have a pro-

mo code you may enter that then click “Continue”.

Click “Continue” to proceed. The system will only display the rate which is appropriate for your length of

stay. **Please note that if you are booking prior to April 1st at 10am for the current season and you se-

lect a “Daily” rate you will be unable to complete your transaction unless you are a current VIC mem-

ber and it is your booking day/time.

Click “Continue” for the site type you wish to book. There is an example photo and description of each site

type. Please note that ONLY site types that are available during the dates you selected will be displayed, una-

vailable site types will not be displayed. The Estimated total for your stay on each different site type is dis-

played. Please note that as is mentioned on the page these prices do NOT include any applicable fees or taxes.

Click continue next to the site you would like to book for your stay. Please note that the reservation system

shows site availability in real time. If a site is not listed then it is not currently available for the dates you se-

lected. If you are booking an RV site please carefully read the description of each site to ensure your unit will

fit on the site and does not exceed the maximum length listed.

Please review the Reservation Summary screen carefully and make sure all of the information is correct. If

you need to make changes you can click the “Back” button in your browser to go to a previous screen to make

changes. If everything is correct click “Book”. Once you book a site you must remove it from your cart to

make additional changes.

At this time you can click the “Pay Now” button to proceed to the payment screen to finalize your reservation

or you can click “Make Another Reservation” to add additional reservations to your session. Each reservation

you add to your online cart will be listed in the Reservation Summary section. You can remove individual res-

ervations by clicking the “Remove This Reservation” button on the reservation you wish to delete. You can

also clear all reservations by using the “Clear All Reservations” button at the bottom of the screen. If you have

an Odetah gift card you can apply it to your reservation by using the “Redeem A Gift Card” button.

When you click the “Pay Now” button you will be presented with the web booking Terms and Conditions.

Please read this information carefully. You must scroll to the bottom and agree to the terms before you can

proceed.

At this point you will be required to log in if you have not already done so. Enter your email address and password

and click “Log In”. You may also use the “Forgot Password” link to have a new password emailed to you. If you

are not an existing customer you may also create a new profile by clicking the “New User” link.

Once you are logged in you will be prompted to enter your payment information. Please enter all required in-

formation and click the “Checkout” Button.

The status of the transaction (successful or failed) will be shown on the next screen after the system processes

your payment. If the transaction was successful you will receive an email confirmation of your booking short-

ly and will be presented with a screen where you can review and print a receipt for the credit card payment for

your records.
