(4) Coffee Break AM/PM Opportunities $4,000 each event ($7,500 for two)

Luncheon with Keynote Speaker $12,000

Benefits: Your logo will be on all signage welcoming the group to the event. You will also receive recognition, a thank you and an introduction during the event from our CEO. You have first priority for a lunch speaker, or BAFT-IFSA can assist in selecting a speaker. Your CEO or company spokesperson may introduce the lunch speaker and deliver the welcome lunch remarks.

Branding SponsorshipsConference Notepads $5,000

Benefits: In front of each seat in the room we will place a pad of letter-size paper with your company name and logo. Your logo will be in front of the attendee the entire meeting. Bring your logo’d pens with you and we will be happy to place one on each pad.

Registration Portfolio $6,500

Benefits: Each attendee will be handed their registration material in a portfolio with your logo on the front. Not only will these be one of the first things attendees see, but we expect they will carry it with them throughout the conference and take them back to their office.

Webcasting—Live Streaming/Post-Conference Videos Sponsor one (1) of 10 sessions during the conference $3,000 or the entire conference $18,000

Benefits: This is a great new area that will have your logo living on long after this event. Your sponsorship will enable this BAFT-IFSA conference to be simultaneously broadcast or viewed, anywhere in the world, for the first time! Your logo will be displayed on the live broadcast. Recorded sessions will be hosted at baft-ifsa.com for a year (12 months) after the conference, and your logo will stay on the video the while it’s available to our attendees and non-attendees. You can sponsor specific sessions or sponsor the entire conference. It’s your choice!

Door Hangers $4,000

Benefits: After the attendees check in, the hotel staff will place your door hanger on the outside handle of every sleeping room in the BAFT-IFSA room block. Attendees will see your messaging the next time they walk through their door. Please note: Sponsor must provide logo and coordinate with BAFT-IFSA on the printing of the hangers.
