EXHIBIT HALL
All exhibit hall Snack Breaks and the Welcoming Reception will be held in the exhibit hall. All Exhibitors must be set-up by 11:15am on Thursday, and attend an exhibitor meeting from 11:00 to 11:15am in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors must remain set-up until Saturday at 1:00pm. Exhibitors breaking down early will be subject to a $100 fee. BOOTH SHARING: THIS BOOTH APPLICATION IS FOR ONE COMPANY TO exhibit their products and services. If a separate company other than the company Contracted with this app, exhibits in this space, there will be a $500 fee charged for each additional company exhibiting in the space assigned.

Over 1250 EMS professionals of ALL CERTIFICATION LEVELS attend—from First Responders to Service Directors. A copy of the Conference Registration Brochure is available online no later than September 15th at www.iemsa.net
Booth Assignments & Requests
Booths are for sale with the release of this prospectus. Corporate Sponsors will recieve priority location of their choice, as available at the time of their application. All other spaces will be assigned to “paid in full vendors” on a “first come-first serve” basis. Registration Deadline is 10/31/19. This year there are deep savings to early exhibit registrations. Save $50--register before August 31, 2019. Late Fee of $25 --applied after October 27th, 2019.

Continuing Education Hours
Continuing Education Hours (CEH’s) will be available to two booth representatives for each company. Any additional representatives who wish to attend the educational sessions and earn CEH’s must register and pay for the conference.
Registration Deadline 10/31/19
The deadline to register for exhibit space is October 31st, 2019. The Exhibit Committee cannot guarantee accommodations after that date. $50 Early-Bird Discount deadline is 8/31 and Late Registration $25 Fee applied after 10/27/19.

Freeman Decorating has a wide variety of items and services beyond that is included in the Booth Set-Up. The vendor packet you will receive by e-mail--will outline those items. Vendor packets will be mailed to Paid Vendors (1) month out from the conference and will come from Freeman Decorators. Vendor Registration with eMS scanning for the Lead collection software required--instructions for app and registration will be sent separately by email.
