Dear Colleague, The Association for Continence Advice (ACA) would like to invite you to attend our 41st Annual Conference which, due to COVID-19, will now be held on Mon 24thth May - Tue 25th May 2021 in Bristol. The programme will include: Dame Yvonne Moores ‘Continence policy’; Peter Smart ‘Expert patient’; Christene James Continence Nurse Specialist ‘case study on working with the LD team’; Tracey Bartholomew- lead nurse for learning disabilities ‘ bowel problems in people with learning disabilities’; Carol Joinson ‘bladder training app for young people’; Juliette Rayner ‘incontinence in children and young people – the impact on adult services’; Daren Francis ‘advances in the uses of robotics with the pelvic floor’; Tina McGahey ‘Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapist physical/medical aspects of sexuality and continence’; Carole Roberts ‘The impact of continence issues on the individual, relationships and intimacy’. This year we are having a tabletop exhibition so all spaces and tables will be the normal standard size (3mtr by 1m and 6ft trestle table). There are opportunities for companies who wish to become Platinum or Gold Sponsors, and for companies who would like to run their own symposium session. Please note that the ACA, jointly with Bladder & Bowel UK, are once again offering the highly prestigious 'Look Good Feel Good' award. The aim of the award is to highlight products, which are pleasing in appearance and satisfactory in performance, and to encourage manufacturers to give attention to the appeal factor at the design stage of new products. Only products launched since the 2019 ACA Conference are eligible for entry. More information will be sent to exhibitors nearer the time.

Exhibition open hours: Setting up time for exhibitors will be on Monday 24th May at 06.00 – 08.45*. This set up time is also applicable to all Exhibitors. Stands must be erected and dressed by 08.45 with all packaging and other materials removed from aisles and stands. Break down will begin after lunch on Tuesday 25th May.

How to book exhibition space Make a provisional booking: Corporate members will be allowed a short time period to pre-book a stand of their choice. Following this stands will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Bookings can be made by the following methods and will be held for 7 days:

3. Invoice request on stand booking form. An invoice can only be issued if a copy of an official purchase order accompanies the booking form. Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. A 5% charge will be added if payment is not received within this time frame. The invoice will be a VAT invoice. Payment Terms: Payment terms are strictly 30 days net from date of invoice. Invoices not paid within 30-day net will incur an 8.5% charge. If booking within 30 days of the event payment must be received 3 weeks prior to the event start date. If within this 3-week timescale, payment must be made at time of registration. Cancellations Refunds for stands, which are cancelled, will only be made in the event of the cancelled stand space being resold. Every effort will be made to re-sell this stand space.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION –Delegate Lists Following advice from the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) with regards to the level of delegate contact information we can give to you, we are making a minor adjustment to the delegate registration Terms and Conditions to ensure we can provide you with delegate lists both during and after the event. The following wording will now therefore be included in the terms and conditions when our delegates register: “Your data will be shared with the exhibiting companies at ACA Annual Conference 2021. Only name, job title, organisation, location and email address will be given. If the exhibitors would like to use any of this personal data for direct marketing purposes, they will contact you separately to obtain your unambiguous and positive consent”
