Supply of Equipment Doux Africa supplies Trucks, Trailers, Yellow Plant & other Plant via long term established suppliers ensuring that the equipment supplied by Doux Africa is in pristine condition and has an impeccable and complete service history. Finance Facilitation – Plant & Equipment

For clients that require financial assistance we can assist as follows:

We finance Plant & Equipment which is purchased directly from Doux Africa.

We do not finance fuel or commodities, however will assess potential Turnkey Based Projects.

Our financing is based directly on the customer’s capacity and business cash flow. Doux Africa has a preferred supplier status with a recognised and proven International Funding Organization that believes in our strategy and fully supports our initiative. The strategy designed by Doux Africa is to support smaller operations in the attainment of Plant & Equipment and it is a new concept which has been embraced by the funding organization. Each application receives direct attention and is addressed individually on its own merits. The Fund in essence requires a Finance Fee of 14% (Note: may vary per application) of the loan face via the means of a Bank Guarantee from the client’s bank. The Equipment is seen as Collateral Coverage for the remainder of the loan. The Finance Fee of 14% of the loan face value is payable directly via the Bank Guarantee to the Funding Organisation. The term of the funding stems from 1 to 5 years again dependent on individual assessments of the application. The Finance Fee is renewable for each year of the loan term but is undertaken on the residual value of the loan at the completion of each year. The following information is required to process the application to which Doux Africa directly facilitates and will assist the client as required:

CVs of key personnel;

Copy/s or original Contract (if Contractors);

List of Contracts completed (if Contractors);

Cash Flow Projection (Duration of Finance – USD);

3 years audited Financial Statements;

Bank Statements for the past 6 months;

Certificates of Incorporation – Registration, Tax etc;

Copies of Collateral Coverage Assets - Certification – e.g. Road Tax, Registration, Deeds etc

Supply – Plant & Equipment

Doux Africa has a solid, well established network of proven suppliers to which Doux Africa can source for quality standard Plant & Equipment. Should a client decide to procure equipment from Doux Africa, we provide a costing list on service parts and other relevant parts that may be required. All this information is stored on our data base and any product pricing can be supplied within a specified time limit. SUPPLIER - TRUCK BRANDS

Our Partner Company, GTDS (Global Training and Development Solutions) is aligned with Doux Africa as an additional service to the client which undertakes the following key support roles:

Facilitates Application Process;

Assist with compilation of Support documentation – e.g. Business Plan, Cashflow Projections etc;

Executes the Collateral Management duties for the term of the loan;

Consultation & Advisory role on Business, Risk & SHEQ Management strategies; All approved and successful projects are required to be formerly audited at a minimum on an annual basis, with an initial audit undertaken at the commencement of successful funded projects. The audits are to ascertain the client’s management and operational capabilities and status in conjunction with the provision of constructive advice feedback pertaining to Business / Quality Management and Effective Safe Work Practices. GTDS also has the ability to function in an additional capacity providing clients with a service to Develop and Implement a fully Integrated Management System compliant with the following International Standards and follow up with formal certification:

ISO 9001:2008 is the International Standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It provides our company with a set of principles that ensure a common sense approach to the management of your business activities to consistently achieve customer satisfaction.

ISO 14001:2004 standard is the most important standard within the ISO 14000 series. ISO 14001 specifies the requirements of an environmental management system (EMS) for small to large organizations. An EMS is a systemic approach to handling environmental issues within an organization.

OHSAS 18001:2007 is the internationally recognized assessment specification for occupational health and safety management systems.
