With our well established and successful relationship with ALBF we are able to provide finance solutions supporting purchase of the best quality equipment and latest technology which is currently available. Doux Africa commenced the relationship with ALBF specifically for identified development projects pertaining to Plant & Equipment Financing, supporting the Growth & Development of businesses throughout Africa. FAAN VANDYK - CEO Faan has developed a very versatile career covering multiple industry based roles which has supported his ability to provide the highest level of service to which he provides his clients. His career covers 6 years in the South African Police moving into the private sector utilizing his excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills. His career has covered over the past 16 years the following industries as manager, consultant and marketing/development expert: Agriculture / Aviation / Transport / Construction / Medical Waste / Gas & Fuel

LANA MATHESON – DIRECTOR SALES & MARKETING Lana has been dealing with distributors/dealers, business owners, customers throughout Africa for over 13 years. Lana acknowledges that all business people in Africa deserve the highest respect, against all odds they make it work and they work hard. With the exposure of her working history Lana has identified the main bottleneck / impact on businesses being the procurement of equipment, be it new or decent pre-owned and obtaining finance at affordable rates. WAYNE HEALY – DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATIONS Wayne is an accomplished Manager with a proven record of achievement of over 18 years specialising in Business Development, Quality / Change, Project, Safety, Training and Human Resources Management. Wayne’s fields of expertise and experience is associated with multifaceted industries covering but not limited to – Mining / Drilling / Transport / Civil Construction / Rail. For the past 10 years Wayne has held senior management roles working throughout the Mining & Drilling Industries, covering the following countries: Australia, PNG, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, China, Serbia, Egypt, Eritrea, Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique, South Africa, Mauritania, Ghana & Chile. DEON HUGO – GENERAL MANAGER PLANT & EQUIPMENT Deon has achieved over 31 years in the sales and management of Yellow Equipment throughout South Africa & Africa. For the past 17 years he has been directly associated with Bell Equipment undertaking the role and requirements of Territory Sales Manager – West Africa and is now Servicing & Supporting all Bell Dealers throughout Africa. Deon is a highly respected and motivated individual, who has achieved excellent acknowledgement over the years for his innovation, commitment and support to his clients.

SERVICE SCOPE

Finance Facilitation – Plant & Equipment, Turnkey Based Projects For clients that require financial assistance we can support as follows:

We finance Plant & Equipment which is purchased directly from Doux Africa;

We do not finance fuel or commodities, however will assess potential Turnkey Based Projects.

Our financing is based directly on the customer’s operational capacity and business cash flow.

The finance strategy designed by Doux Africa is to, but not limited to, supporting smaller operations in the attainment of Plant & Equipment and it is a new concept which has been embraced by Albatross Fund. Each application receives our direct attention and is addressed individually on its own merits.

Required Supporting Documentation The following supporting documentation is required to process the application, to which Doux Africa directly facilitates and will assist the client as required:

Company Profile ;

Business Plan;

CVs of key personnel;

Copy/s or original Contract (if Contractors);

List of Contracts completed (if Contractors);

Cash Flow Projection (Duration of Finance – USD);

3 years audited Financial Statements;

Bank Statements for the past 6 months;

Certificates of Incorporation – Registration, Tax etc;

Copies of Collateral Coverage Assets – Certification – e.g. Road Tax & Rego Certs, Deeds etc.

Supply of Equipment Doux Africa has a solid, well established network of proven suppliers to which Doux Africa can source for quality standard Plant & Equipment. Should a client decide to procure equipment from Doux Africa, we provide a costing list on service parts and other relevant parts that may be required. All this information is stored on our data base and any product pricing can be supplied within a specified time limit. Doux Africa supplies Plant & Equipment to ensure that the equipment is in pristine condition, has an impeccable and complete service history. We do not want our clients to receive Plant and/or Equipment that will fail to meet the client’s requirements and expectations.

Collateral & Risk Management The key to our success has been the established Collateral & Risk Management services to which we commit to ALBF and to the client. This service is provided as part of our finance strategy, to support all parties involved with in the Funding transaction. Our Partner Company, GTDS (Global Training and Development Solutions) is aligned with Doux Africa as an additional service to the client which undertakes the following key support roles:

Facilitates Application Process;

Assist with compilation of Support documentation – e.g. Business Plan, Cashflow Projections etc;

Executes the Collateral Management duties for the term of the loan;

Consultation & Advisory role on Business, Risk & SHEQ Management strategies;

All approved and successful projects are required to be formerly audited at a minimum on an annual basis, with an initial audit undertaken at the commencement of each successful funded project. The audits are to ascertain the client’s management, and operational capabilities status, in conjunction with the provision of constructive advice/ feedback pertaining to Business / Quality Management and Effective Safe Work Practices. GTDS also has the ability to function in an additional capacity, providing clients with a service to Develop and Implement a fully Integrated Management System compliant with the following International Standards and follow up with formal certification:
