AMLD Deed Restrictions ACC and Policy Information

Deed Restrictions Each home within Anderson Mill Limited Districtrsquos boundaries are associated with a village deed restriction For deed restriction informa-tion please visit the AMLD website select ldquoLimited Districtrdquo and scroll down to ldquoDeed Restrictions and Violation Reportingrdquo On the web page you will find a map of the 31 villages throughout Anderson Mill Limited District electronic files for each villagersquos deed restrictions FAQrsquos and a reporting form

A letter notifying home owners of any deed violations will be sent out giving the owner 30 days to correct or resolve the violation Legal action will be pursued if the violation has not been remedied Residents can file complaints via the Violation Report Form found at the AMLD web-site For more information or if you have questions please visit wwwamldorg or call the main office at 512-258-4104

Architectural Control Committee amp Review Process The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is charged with the respon-sibility of reviewing and approving or denying plans and specifications for the construction andor remodeling of property within the District as set out by the deed restrictions for the particular village in question Each home in Anderson Mill Limited District is a part of an assigned village with unique deed restrictions for each village Deed Restrictions can be found on the AMLD website To get on the agenda residents need to submit an Architectural Review Form to the main office The form can be found on the AMLD website under the Architectural Con-trol Committee tab The completed forms and plans can be returned to the AMLD main office located at 11500 El Salido Parkway Austin TX 78750

AMLD After-School Program Aug 2022 - May 2023

AMLDrsquos after-school program offers participants from Kindergarten to 5th grade the chance to learn play and explore through topics such as science and engineering arts and crafts outdoor and nature exploration and organized group games

Through a well-organized curriculum students will create projects throughout the week participate in science experiments complete their homework and burn off energy through free play and group games A healthy snack will be provided to each student daily Par-ticipants will have an opportunity to swim each Friday during pro-gram at El Salido Pool weather permitting

The AMLD after-school calendar listed is subject to change with RRISD dates and holidays The following school vacations will not be covered by the AMLD after-school program Memorial Day Thanksgiving Break Winter Break Spring Break and Labor Day

Notice the after-school program schedules and activities are subject to change due to AMLDrsquos COVID-19 response We make every effort to take into consideration RRISD CDC and State and Local government policies and recommendations Please check our website or call the main office at 512-258-4104 for up to date information and any changes to programs and scheduled activi-ties

After-school program runs from 250 pm - 600 pm Monday - Friday with the latest possible pick up time at 600 pm Late pick up policy applies to the after-school program

Space is limited to 30 participants each session Emergency and Health Forms must be completed and submitted at time of registration Monthly Payment Plans are available with credit card only

A convenience fee will be applied to all credit card purchases of pro-grams and memberships online or at the main AMLD office No convenience fees will be charged if paying with a check or cash at the main AMLD office

Youth Program Health FormsCompleted health forms must be emailed to coriamldorg before the start of camp or dropped off in person the morning of the first day of camp AMLD must have completed health forms before any child can participate in camp Health forms can be found at the AMLD website under Youth Programs as well as at the AMLD Office

Payments Cancellations amp RefundsFull payments for Summer Camp and Adventure Camp are due at time of registration unless a payment plan has been set up If utiliz-ing a payment plan a non-refundable 25 deposit of the total cost of each week of camp will be required to hold the participants spot in camp and the remaining 75 is due 5 business days prior to the start of camp Camp refunds must be requested before 500 pm on the Monday prior to the week of camp

If paying in full for camp at the time of registration the maximum refund allowable is 75 of fees paid and must be requested 5 busi-ness days prior to the first day of camp

If you need to cancel a week of camp you must contact the AMLD main office for a refund at least 5 business days in advance at 512-258-4104

All non-camp youth program refunds including after-school pro-gram will incur a $20 processing fee Refunds must be requested at least 3 business days prior to the first meeting date of the program or activity

Wait ListA wait list is created only for summer camps and after-school If a camp session is full a wait list will be created If a space opens up for a camp session priority will be given to those on the wait list by order of placement on wait list You will be contacted by phone andor email

Sign-InSign-Out PolicySign in and out sheets will be used every day Only adults listed on the release form will be allowed to pick up a participant An autho-rized person must enter the building present appropriate identifi-cation and sign the sheet in order for staff to release the child

Late Pick Up PolicyA late pick up fee will be charged for parents that are late to pick up their children past the 600 pm end of camp day A $1 per min-ute will be charged from 600 pm - 615 pm After 615 pm a $2 per minute charge will be imposed

ElectronicsElectronics such as smart phones computers tablets and video games or any device that has access to the internet will not be allowed during youth programs with the exception of designated days during summer camp

Age RestrictionsAll campers must have completed kindergarten prior to the start of Summer Day Camp Camp is available for participants between the ages of 5 years old - 11 years old Campers participating in Adven-ture Teen Camp must be 11 years old prior to the start of camp

DiscountsRegister by April 29th 2022 and receive a $10 Early Bird discount for each Summer Camp registration

Registering more than one child When registering full price for one child any additional siblings registered for the same week of camp will recieve a $10 discount off the full price Siblings must be registered for the same week of camp

28 29Tennis amp Racquetball CourtsTennis courts are located at El Salido Park Anderson Mill Park located off Lakecreek Parkway Pecan Creek Park and Old Stage Park The tennis and racquetball court hours are from 700 AM to 1015 PM Court hours are extended beyond regular park hours

Purchase for court keys and access to the online reservation sys-tem must be paid at the AMLD Main Office located at 11500 El Sa-lido Parkway Austin A password for the online reservation system will be given at the time of purchase The online reservation sys-tem is available 24 hours 7 days a week Court reservations must be made 1 day in advance but not more then 7 days in advance for Non-Residents and 14 days in advance for Residents

Tennis Court Lights Use your key to set the timer for the court lights to ldquoONrdquo Court lights will stay on for 60 minutes The bell will sound when there are 10 minutes remaining on thetimer Lights will shut off if the timer is not immediately reset with the court key Once the lights have shut off a 20 minute cool down and relighting process will start Contact the AMLD Main Office if there are any outages

Reminder Court keys are changed each year in August and must be repurchased annually Keys are valid from mid-August to the following August each year however court keys are half price when purchased after March 1st Only one key will be issued per household All keys can be purchased at the AMLD main office Key purchases are non-refundable

All replacement tennis and racquetball court keys are full price

AMLD Parks and Greenbelt Amenities 1 El Salido Park amp Greenbelt

El Salido Park is 106 acres of land off El Salido Parkway and Morning Glory Trail The El Salido Greenbelt continues through to Pecan Creek Parkway Amenities on the greenbelt include a trail with fitness stations The El Salido Park amenities include a BBQ grill fitness gym trail and fitness stations community center picnic pavilion picnic ta-bles playground racquetball and tennis courts sand volleyball heated (year-round) pool and a childrenrsquos splash pool

2 Harper Park amp Memorial Park

Harper Park is located off Lake Creek Parkway and Deer Park Trail providing residents with 93 acres of park space including a BBQ grill trails a large picnic pavilion with picnic tables a playground sand volleyball soccer fields and a softball field Memorial Park is located at Lake Creek Parkway and Tanglebriar Trail This park includes a small gazebo and benches located on 6 acres of park space

3 Pecan Creek Park amp Greenbelt

Pecan Creek Park is located at Pecan Creek Parkway and Gun-grove Drive This 32 acre park provides residents with a BBQ grill trails picnic pavilion with picnic tables playground soccer fields and tennis courts Pecan Creek Greenbelt is 44 acres of trail running from Pecan Creek Park to Hard Rock Road

4 North Park The main entrance to North Park can be found at Schoolhouse Lane across from Anderson Mill Pool and on Lake Creek Parkway just before Doubletree Lane This wonderful green trail and park also in-cludes picnic tables and a playground

5 Anderson Mill Park

Anderson Mill Park is located at Lake Creek Parkway amp School-house Lane This 25 acre park includes a BBQ grill trails picnic pavilion and tables a swimming pool with a slide and tennis courts

6 Millrun Park

Millrun Park is located at Millwright Parkway and Timbercrest Trail and offers the community 24 acres of park space which includes a BBQ grill a basketball court a dog off leash area trails gazebo with picnic tables a playground and the AMLD Senior Center

7 Old Stage Park

This 38 acre park is located at Hymeadow Drive just past Mead-owheath Drive and offers the community a BBQ grill a basketball court a dog off leash area trails playground with picnic tables sand volleyball tennis courts and a half-sized soccer field

Community Center Want to celebrate a birthday or anniver-sary in a beautiful and private venue The AMLD community center is a wonderful venue nestled in the El Salido Park every room has a view All reservations must be made in person at the Main Office locat-ed at 11500 El Salido Parkway in Austin All community center reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and for a minimum 3 scheduled hours Community center rentals are subject to a refundable $500 damage deposit fee

Park PavilionsEnjoy the great outdoors and have a blast at one of our three pavilion sites located at El Salido Park Anderson Mill Park and Harper Park All reservations must be made in person at the main office and at least two weeks in advance of event Pavilion rentals must be sched-uled for a minimum 2 hours Pavilion rentals are subject to a refundable $25 damage deposit fee Pool RentalsMake your next party a splash at one of our two pool locations El Salido Pool or Anderson Mill Pool Both pools are available to rent in the summer months of June through August and must be booked at least two weeks in advance All rentals must be made in person at the main office Rentals are conducted based on staff availability
