the average mean price of Tin during the m onth

ended March 1985 was $411,268.45.

2. The ‘Royalty payable will therefore be

241,802.95 permetrictonofmetallic tin in concentrate.

3. Attention is drawn to Regulation 78 (2) of the

Mineral Regulation. Every producer of Tin Ore

shall forward to the Assistant Director of Mineral

Resources relevant authenticated accounts sale not

later than six months from the date‘on which the

tin ore was exported or delivered tothe smelters, |
