理由 Rationale

1.為因應 COVID-19(新冠肺炎)防疫口罩需求，依 110年 3月專家會議決議及臺灣區不織布工業同業公會建議，參考國際口罩常用標準(ASTM F2100)之新版本修訂 CNS 14774國家標準。

2.衛生福利部食品藥物管理署於 8月 30日來函表示，為強化醫用口罩標示/宣稱 N95之相關規定，並參考國際間類似規格產品之命名作法(如：美國N95、韓國 KN95等)，建議修正 CNS 14774國家標準，將 D2等級名稱修改為 TN95等級，以利辨識並符合國際趨勢。

適用範圍 Scope

本標準適用於道路交通安全及其他設施等所使用之微稜鏡型反光片(或稱反光紙)及反光膠帶。

理由 Rationale

1.參考依據ASTM D4956:2011已於 2019年更新，其4.1.1「分類說明」及 4.2.10「第 10 型」之規定已修正，第 10 型已中止使用，由第 8 型取代。爰建議CNS 4345參考 ASTM D4956:2019修訂。

2.經化學工業國家標準技術委員會 109 年第 65 次會議討論，決議參考 ASTM D4956:2019修訂，惟第 10型相關規定暫時保留於草案內，後續待技術委員會審查時再行討論。
