• From the Reports Icon, click on the

Report Cards folder, then click Create

Report Card

• Title the report, select which date range

and students you want on the report,

then submit.

• Use the checkmarks at the top of the

next page to remove items from the

report card.

• After editing, you can print or publish at

any time.

Slide 3- Report Cards Basics1. Select Reports icon2. Select Report Card folder3. Select Create Report Card4. For teachers: select Grade Period, then

GP1, GP2, GP3, or GP4. You have the option to create a report for only one or more individual students or one or more individual grade levels

5. For admins: select Grade Period, then Grade Period to Date (cumulative report), GP1, GP2, GP3, or GP4. You have the option to create a report for one or more individual students, one or more individual grade levels, or for the entire school.

6. Uncheck whichever checkboxes you do not want to appear on the report card.

7. You can publish or print from that page, or you can save it for a later date.

• If a Report Card is published in

error, deleting the report card

will pull it back from parent

accounts.

• If you haven’t reached the final

date of the current grading

period, click “Show Incomplete

Grading Period.”

1. Publishing will make the report cards available to parents. Each parent will only receive their own student’s report cards.

2. 2. If you need to pull back the report cards from the parent accounts, click on the green gear to the left of the report title and delete.

3. 3.If you are creating a report card before the end of the current grading period, select Show incomplete Grading Period.

Creating Custom Reports

• From the Reports icon, click on

Create New Report

• Select the Report Type

• Click Preview Data

• Drag Column Headings to the Blue

Bar

• Drag Filters to the White Box

• Title the Report, then Save

1. Select the Reports icon.2. Select Create Report3. Select the report type from the vertical

menu on the left.4. Hit Preview Data on the next screen to see

prepopulated information on the report that you selected.

5. Drag any column you want to see in the report (i.e. First Name, Grade Level) into the blue bar.

6. Drag anything you want to use as a filter (i.e. Grade Level- to see only 10th grade students) into the white filter box. It will say “Drop Here” as soon as you begin to move it to the filter box.

Custom Reports Tips

• Always click “Preview Data” after

selecting the report to see the pre-

populated information.

• Use the up/down arrows to the right

of a heading to sort A-Z, ascending

to descending.

heading will sort A-Z, ascending-descending, etc.

2. Select Preview Data right after selecting the report type, and continue to select it to refresh as you add filters.

GA 411 Export

• From the Reports icon, select

the Transcripts folder

• In Options for Report, select

either Student or Grade Level.

• Click Export GA411, then Click

the blue button to download

the file.

• Use the downloaded file to

upload to the GA411 site.

Slide 7- GA411 Export (For Georgia schools)

1. Select the Reports icon.

2. Select the Transcripts folder

3. In Options for Report, you can choose to create the export for one or more individual students or one or more individual grade levels.

4. Select Export GA411, then select the blue button again to download once the file is complete.

5. Use that downloaded file to upload to the GA411 website.
