ClassTeachersandTeachersGuardiansforFirstSemesterB.E(2018‑19)

GHRCE has introduced the Teacher-guardian scheme since

inception i.e.1996. This scheme imparts personal touch to the

entire teaching-learning process. A group of 18 students are

allotted to a dedicated and senior teacher. The teacher works as a

mentor for these 18 students. The problems faced by students

coming from distant places are taken care of by respective

Teacher-Guardian (TG). TG regularly monitors the attendance

and performance of their wards. All students are encouraged by

the guardian teacher to improve upon their performance by hard

work. The mutual interactions between the guardian and the

students in the meetings help the students to overcome their

academic or non-academic difficulties. Such informal meetings

are held every fortnight. Attendance and academic performance

of the student is also communicated periodically through letters

to parents by respective teacher-guardian. All the parents are

requested to attend Parent Teacher Meeting, which is conducted

in the beginning of second semester. In addition to this; parents

are also requested to keep themselves in touch with Teacher-

Guardian through e-mail and telephonic communications.

Parents should also keep themselves updated of happenings on

campus by browsing college website www.ghrce.raisoni.net or

visiting the college.
