Expert in the field of Engineering and Design for Utilities industry. Lead & own the process of preparation of design deliverables with due consideration for applicable Codes & Standards. Manage the team of engineers and ensure that the services delivered meet the customers’ requirements. Outline project requirements, assign tasks and supervise progress. Communicate effectively with the engineering team, customers and other project stakeholders. Control of Quality of engineering documents. The Process engineer will be responsible for the development of basis of design packages, process development and detailed process design, propose and evaluate improvements in process design selection of technologies and lead the detailed process engineering. Duties include generating PFDs, P&IDs, sizing and specifying equipment, start-up, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities. Candidate shall have background with process design in Power & Water industry projects.

BE / B Tech in Engineering (i.e. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying). Min. 07 years’ experience in a Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying role in an Industrial Engineering, Construction or Utilities industry. Responsible for developing accurate engineering cost estimates, driving the design and engineering process to optimize resources and schedules in order to avoid cost overruns in project engineering and execution. Supports assessment and decision making in relation to cost versus functionality in the basic design phase, Participates and contributes to value engineering efforts. Collaborate closely with all project stakeholders to ensure project and engineering costs are estimated accurately and in line with specified project timelines.

BE / B Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering with Minimum 8 years’ engineering technical support, project and design experience within the Instrumentation & Control engineering discipline in a Power & Water utility or heavy industry. Wide exposure to all relevant plant and structures (especially GTG, STG, Desal, T&D, Wastewater treatment plants, and related Instruments & Controls), operations and maintenance. 1 – 2 years’ project costing experience involving the use of relevant software. Experience of technical evaluation of design. B.sc in Chemistry. 5 years minimum of analytical laboratory experience in a heavy industrial or utilities environment in which at least two years shall be at a supervisory level. Experience of utilities laboratory experience. The primary responsibility of the jobholder is to supervise and participate in conducting chemical and physical analysis of samples from electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure compliance with established parameters for safety of personnel, plant and environment. The jobholder must be able to use modern computerized laboratory instruments with good command of English language and skills of running PC and specialized software’s. Responsible in running water laboratory activities, ensuring laboratory testing equipment are regularly calibrated, oil/fuel testing are conducted within acceptable accuracy and precisions and as per given guidelines, including setting-up, executing water testing programs and performance monitoring programs.
