A special thank you to our supporters

Dear St Andrew’s Parents and Friends of our School Community.

Welcome to our School, to our Community and to our 170th Anniversary Celebrations!

At St Andrew’s School we are lucky to have a rich heritage behind us and a supportive community alongside us which has built the extraordinary School we have today.

Established in 1850 by a group of parishioners from the St Andrew’s Church who wanted to build a school which reflected the values of the Church of England, St Andrew’s was initially build to provide a useful education to children from families who worked in industry and agriculture.

Today we are a leading South Australian independent, co-educational specialist primary school, providing excellence in education from Playgroup through to Early Years and on to Year 7.

We still hold the same values of a close association with the Parish of St Andrew’s Church and the desire to help children learn and grow through a dynamic and relevant education.

I hope that your visit to our Open Day gives you an insight into the drive and focus St Andrew’s has in ensuring our students develop a sense of who they are as individuals and how they fit into the world around them.

We aim to give each student the inner confidence so that they can go forward into the world and contribute to making it a better place.

If you’re not a current family at St Andrew’s, I invite you to join me on a tour of the School at 2.00pm today to find out more.
