Useful….Volunteers need to feel like their time is useful.
Nurtured…Volunteers need nurturing and support from staff members.
Continued...Training…Volunteers need training to do their
job effectively.
Energy…..Volunteers can provide energy and enthusiasm to the program.
Efficient....Volunteers can provide efficiency to
the program. Respect......Volunteers need the respect and
appreciation for their skills and time they provide to our program.
