We employ a balance of vendor-provided and proprietary applications to assure we are flexible in being able to meet customer requirements. Universal employs a team of IT professionals who can customize or build application solutions which can fully integrate with our customers’ systems. Our commercial grade data center in Warren, MI and a redundant disaster recovery site assure our systems are accessible 100% of the time.
