Fred brings over four decades of career management, entrepreneurial and human resource to Transition Solutions. Fred is highly networked regionally and nationally and connects people, opportunities and organizations. He has an established reputation as an expert in the field of career management with an expertise in coaching at the executive level. Prior to founding the company, he held numerous executive positions with national and international reach including Vice President of Human Resources at Scudder, Corning, Houghton Mifflin, Raytheon and Computervision.
