Ladies and Gentlemen: ThomCo Enterprises Inc. is a full service construction, construction management, and facility management company. We provide our clients extensive knowledge in managing the various facets of construction and its related industries. Since 1992, we have been active in providing renovations, new construction, roofing repairs, estimating, design build, and facility management/maintenance for our governmental and commercial client base. We specialize in multi-discipline, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contracts through which we have successfully developed partnerships with our customers. Our project management team networked with strong subcontractor alliances give ThomCo a competitive advantage deciphering our customers needs as we strive to exceed expectations. Since our inception, we have developed and refined a customer sensitive management approach that integrates seamlessly with our government clients. We have successfully completed over five hundred projects (some large, some small, some very complicated, some routine). Our goal is to excel regardless of the size of project. In building a portfolio as diverse as ours, we’ve learned a lot and offer the benefits of these invaluable experiences to you as part of your team. Our focus on planning and implementation as well as our success in producing results is unparalleled. Thomco has recently reviewed and updated the company’s strategic initiatives to better serve a broader client base. The strategic initiatives will focus on the development of both commercial and governmental construction projects and construction management opportunities and will seek to support other minority owned businesses in the area in pursuing mutually beneficial opportunities. In addition, Fred Thomas has recently formed a real estate development company, Fred Thomas Development Co., Inc. to provide unique commercial and residential real estate development opportunities in the Greater Northwest Florida area.

Thomco has also recently acquired and renovated a new facility to relocate its corporate

headquarters. This new facility doubles the corporate office space to approximately 7000 square feet and adds a 6500 square foot warehouse. Currently holding multi-year construction contracts with Hillsborough County, the U.S. Postal Service and the University of West Florida among others, the new headquarters significantly enhances our ability to service our existing customers, as well as providing room for future growth. ThomCo Enterprises Inc. has developed a reputation for tenaciously overcoming design and site constraints, maximizing economic opportunities, and formulating practical solutions for our clients. With our broad based background of challenging experiences and our solid record of success, ThomCo offers much more than traditional construction firms. As our current and previous clients will confirm, we’ve helped them meet their design, construction, and management needs by using hands on services to achieve the desired results. Sincerely,

Fred Thomas President
