Please REMEMBER to send a note if you plan to check your students out and we will have them wait-ing for you in the front office! To make things go more quickly, please refrain from using your cell phone in the front office while checking your student out. Thank you and have a great summer!

Also, remem-ber that a new Medication Authorization form and/or Health Care Plan for your child will have to be completed by you and your physician for the 2019-2020 school year Forms can be found on the AMMS website, Parent Tab, under Clinic. Take Note for Next School Year!
Autrey Mill Middle School has coordinated with our area schools to hold our 2019-2020 Professional Development Days on the following dates. Students will NOT attend school these days. Please plan accordingly.
Thursday, October 10, 2019 Friday, February 14, 2020
Moving Over the Summer?
Summer is often a time when families move and transfer their children to another school. If this is something that your family is planning, please let the Counseling Office know. There is not a formal withdrawal process once the school year ends, but it is helpful to know which students are not returning and where they are going. Of course the student’s records will be sent once a Request for Records is received from the new school.
Please contact Unnur Kornmayer with any questions, 470-254-8244 or Kornmayer @fultonschools.org.

We are looking for volunteers for the school store! In case you do not know, AMMS has an in-school store with all the supplies your child needs for classes. We are looking for volunteers to man the store during Sneak Peek, and two mornings per month during the school year. This is one of the few in-school vol-unteer opportunities and is a great way to get involved!
Sign up for Sneak Peek here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0c44a5ae29a02-amms
And please email Michelle at [email protected] if you would be interest-ed in volunteering during the school year. Thank you so much!

JCHS Volunteer Opportunities
Calling all rising JCHS families! Are you looking for an exciting volunteer oppor-tunity at the high school? The JCHS front office and attendance office are look-ing for fresh faces to join our volunteer crew. You will be stepping in to replace some of our most devoted volunteers who are graduating with their seniors. As an office volunteer, some of the duties might include answering the phone, filing, assisting with the doorbell, checking in visitors, and a myriad of other items that provide a much-valued service to the students, faculty, and staff of Johns Creek High School.
If this sounds like something you are interested in, please contact
Volunteer Coordinator, Elizabeth Trammell at [email protected].
